If Bayern Munich makes Vincent Kompany his final choice and the coach's skills are still doubtful, he should not propose a contract with a duration of 3 years, at least try it for 1 season to see what changes will happen to Bayern Munich, whether for the worse or the better.
Vincent Kompany clearly has no experience of coaching a big club. If he shows changes in a positive direction, then Bayern Munich will extend his contract longer.

Kompany has minimal experience, let alone coaching a team as big as Bayern Munich which has ambition and is obliged to win trophies every season. However, in my opinion, he took this job, of course he had thought it through carefully because this would also be related to his career. Kompany has a good squad at Bayern Munich, he just needs to change tactics and approach each player well. Everyone is pretty shocked about the Vincent Kompany decision to be fair. I mean by the looks of it they are not really "improving" but that is just on the looks. Sure Tuchel didn't get Bayern the title unlike they are used to, and that was a bad thing for them there is no doubt about that. But Tuchel is a manager who has won UCL with Chelsea before, whereas all Kompany did was relegate at premier league so far.

When you look at the past, you always think that Tuchel is better. Maybe we are wrong and there is a reason why they made this change, maybe they know something that we do not know and they could get something greater. At the end of the season we are going to see if they made a good decision or not. We are going to see if they are going to be profitable or not as well. The best thing we can consider right now is just assuming what they are doing, and for that to mean something we should see them win the title, if not then we can't really know anything.

Previously, Bayern Munich management had tried to communicate with several managers. I even heard news that they are trying to negotiate with Alonso, who has been successful with Leverkusen. Talking about Stuttgart i think we cannot ruled out their current manager Sebastian Hoeness because when he was replace Bruno Labbadia as Stuttgart next manager Sebastian Hoeness has hard job because his task at that time is to bringing Stuttgart to survive in Bundesliga 1 but from April to June last year Sebastian Hoeness can bringing Stuttgart only lost once from 10 latest matches and these results too makes Stuttgart can finish at 16th place and playing at play off stages against Hamburg SV and in this match Stuttgart can beat Hamburg twice which makes them can survive on Bundesliga 1 for season 2022/2023

This season Sebastian Hoeness did a lot of improvement from almost whole position on Stuttgart squad and he was concern to improved Stuttgart front lines and these improvement is succeed to makes Stuttgart performance very consistent this season besides that the players such as Sehrou Guirassy, Chris Führich and Enzo Millot were performing well and help Stuttgart can finish at runner up place above to Bayern Munich and they certainly will playing at Champion League next season but unfortunately Stuttgart was losing their key player Sehrou Guirassy who moved to Dortmund i think this could be big lost for Stuttgart and now they should look for the replacement of him

Yeah I agree, Kompany is surely having not enough experience and his performance at the Burnley was also disappointed but now as we have him new coach of the Bayern Munich we have to accept their decision and wait for the start of next season which will give us real time update about his future at this club.

While we have Thomas Tuchel at the Bayern Munich this was the biggest mistake of their management because Julian Nagelsmann were doing good job, and suddenly they sacked him which bring some mess-up, and they lost their concentration which bring problems for them, and they ended their season at the worst for the last one decade now as many are mentioned they have done another mistake, but this can bring more problems, or they will be able to have fight back this is surely not easy to predict for this we have to wait for the start of the season which is now having six more weeks.

Thomas Tuchel has the habit of criticizing his players in the public. And this is not a good trait of a coach because the players will not be pleased with that. When players are scolded in the open it demarkets them and paints them badly in public. This is also the same problem Erik ten Hag had with Jadon Sancho and other players. Immediately you speak against players, they will gang up against you and won't give their best performance.

I predict that Vincent Kompany will have a good relationship with players since he is young and was also a successful player. He should be able to relate with them like partners instead of being an authoritarian. If he doesn't get the support of his players, I am afraid he won't achieve much and his stay will be shortlived.

Everyone is free in his views and comments, but we have to understand few things he was in charge of Burnley while they were in Championship then he has done good job and bring them in Premier League where we have the toughest challenges waiting for him with limited sources but still he has done good job and having his team few times above relegation zone but at the end things were not favourable for him and Burnley so they relegated, but now this is not end of the world for him with he is having another challenge here in Bundesliga in shape of Bayern Munich and this is interesting because now he is having all sources, and he can achieve his best.

Thomas Tuchel was once regarded as one of the best coaches to elevate the managerial duty but with his current stats, he seems incompetent and we know how harsh Bayern Munich board can be, they have completely lost patience with Thomas Tuchel following his poor season for the club.

Bayern Munich end the 2023/2024 campaign with zero trophy and this is really a dissapointing results on their end. Burnley and Bayern Munich are two different club and the differences is very clear. Vincent Kompany succeeded in promoting Burnely back to EPL but their relegation is simply as a result of relenting stellar performance, I believe Kompany to become competent with his new club.

If Kompany has good quality, then at least Kompany can make Burnley survive in the Premier League and not be relegated. Indeed, Kompany managed to make Burnley a promotion team but in reality, Kompany failed when he got more difficult competition in the Premier League. Kompany have completely failed to stabilize the Burnley squad. Burnley performed very poorly last season. We know Burnley are not a strong team. Thomas Tuchel was an experienced coach. Even then he was not successful with Munich. We all thought the Munich management would probably look for a more experienced coach.
