In principle, it makes little difference who the coach of Bayern Munich is. When you have a team like Bayern, you always become champions. I think you would still be champion even without a trainer. The difference with the numbers 2 and below is huge. Bayern is also the only team that really belongs to the big teams in Europe. Dortmund must make their way back into the competition. And catch the departure of Haaland.
Well, the truth is that I think the same, the players that Munich has are of the first level, really at the moment I compare it with the Brazilian national team, all the players could play without a coach, for me Bayern Munich is one of the best teams that Europe has, I wouldn't doubt most players going out for the German national team.
Haaland's case is interesting, I think the one that City needed came to him, Pep Guardiola is sure to be the happiest of this new member, for Dortmund it is a great loss, in my case I would never have left him to go.
They couldn't stop it, they had a "release clause" in the contract, which meant that if 75 million was paid, then Dortmund had no other option to accept the offer, they didn't technically accepted it, they just let it be, because they had to.
This works out amazingly well for Bayern as well, even without doing anything, they managed to get a bit better than everyone else. They had a competitor that played with a very well striker, and City just destroyed that opponent for them. Dortmund would still be good of course but not as good, they could use that 75 million to buy some other players, but those players won't be as good as Haaland for sure.
