Gnarby found his second career in Bayern. He was considered as talented players but he could not get a position in Arsenal and has to leave to other clubs. The destination in Muchen is good for him to grow his career and he gets what he should have with his talent.
I always say the same thing, give me a million dollars per year and send me to Bayern, even at this age and weight, I will be a semi-decent player. Sure not at the level that is worthy of Bayern we all know this, but training with them for 2-3 years and making that much money to do that will make nearly ANYONE be good enough to have at least another 2-3 seasons (if young then 10+ seasons) football career.

Certainly talent plays a big role in here, the more talented you are the better team you will play for, but having 2-3 seasons of Bayern training could mean third division bulgarian league type of talent for sure out of someone who is not a football player right now like me. All in all Gnabry was already at Arsenal level of talent, and when you put German work ethic on top of that, and a good strategy to play him, it was only matter of time for him to become a star as well.

the first coach sacking in the bundesliga is now official... Tongue
vfl wolfsburg parts ways with dutch coach Mark van Bommel after 8 games without a win (3x draw, 5x defeat)
As mv1986 said, Wolfsburg has a good start, competing with Bayern and annoying them for the top spot in the first rounds and now then the team is doing very badly...
They finished 4th last season and the way they are doing right now won't guarantee for them any European spot..

And he had such a great start in the Bundesliga. Keep in mind guys that we were discussing here whether there is a chance that Wolfsburg could keep going:
                                                                                        G      W     D      L      Goals
1   Bayern München, Deutschland   Bayern München   5   4   1   0   20:4
2   VfL Wolfsburg, Deutschland   VfL Wolfsburg                   5   4      1      0        7:2
3   Borussia Dortmund, Deutschland   Borussia Dortmund   5   4   0   1   17:11
4   Bayer Leverkusen, Deutschland   Bayer Leverkusen   5   3   1   1   15:7

Anyone here thinks van Bommel spent even only a second thinking about not being coach anymore just a couple of weeks later? Wink

Bayern VS Hoffenheim

Not a single hint that Hoffenheim would be brutally defeated by Bayern, there is no single hope for Hoffenheim, and right now seeing this is not really shocking, and right now Hoffenheim is not in their top shape and Christoph Baumgartner can not play because of covid 19, and even if Baumgartner can still play Hoffenheim can not have a slight chance in competing with Bayern, and in that game, a triple yellow card was given to three players of Hoffenheim so not good gameplay either.

All the stats and circumstances indicate that Hoffenheim hardly has a chance to win this match against Bayern. Bayern Munich is in insane form lately, they thrashed Leverkusen 5-0 in the last match which was expected to be a hard fight for them. If they can score that easily against an in-form team who are 2nd in the table, they shouldn't have any problem winning against Hoffenheim. I'm expecting at least 2 or 3 goals from them.

Hertha VS Monchengladbach

I really thought that Gladbach will make a win over Hertha, as we all know how good Gladbach was as a team, but that day I didn't see Jonas Hofmann on the field, and no injury report about him, but I have seen an article that Rumored Bayern Munich is targeting Hofmann, and because of his versatility Jonas Hofmann is pretty attractive for clubs for them to have, I really don't know the reason why he didn't play against Hertha, but I think if Jonas Hofmann would play Hoffenheim might have a chance in winning.

Bayern Munich won their match again in championship without noticing the enemy, interestingly Robert Lewandowski scored only one goal and now he is ahead of the Norwegian by one goal i suspect that he does not give all his best while Haaland is sick or at this time plays more for the team.

Bayern showed yet another impressive performance yesterday and they managed to pull of another 4-0 win. That is now the 3rd game in a row where they win with a goal difference of 4... that is pretty impressive. I don't really care about the top scorer ranking too much and to be honest i think that lewandowski has a big advantage there compared to Haaland even when both of them would be fit. Lewandowski just pays in the way better team and has therefore so much more clear chances to score during a whole season. Just look at yesterdays game. Lewandowkis goal was really great but he also had 2 chances more, that should have definitely been a goal but he missed them.

Not your keys, not your coins!
It wasn't just Lewandowski in the last two games, Gnabry played very well against Leverkusen and yesterday vs Hoffenheim. He initiated the victory with the goal in the 16th minute. Important that he is in the starting lineup!

Bayern Munich has no competitor in the German League this season, like in most of the seasons. Even if Lewandowski scores 1 goal or none (!), there are plenty of players that can score without a problem. The fact is that without any other team capable to compete against Bayern, the league is a bit boring and monotonous. Sad
It seems so in the past few seasons with the lightning form of Lewandowski and a smooth operation of Bayern as a team. Competitors of Bayern have to wait to see this generation gets older and hope that Bayern will have some troubles when they have to build up a new squad. It is only hope because Bayern are smart and they prepare for transitional period with transfers each season.

Lewandowski might leave Bayern if he can not get consensus with the club about a new contract. If a new striker can not replace him, other clubs in Germany can hope that they can win the title in one or two seasons.

By the way there was a record. The 33rd season goal for Bayern on the 9th matchday.

It was a typical Bundesliga day, too many goals and big favorites won.
Bayern won easily at home, four different players scored and they got a clear result against Hoffenheim. Lewandowski added one more to his scoring sheet and passed Haaland. Dortmund won at away game even though they played without Haaland. Nobody expect Arminia Bielefeld to make a surprise anyway, it was another clear win. Leipzig also played with a weak team and they scored four goals to Greuther Fürth which is in the bottom of the table. Leipzig is trying to climb up, they needed a reaction like that for CL spot.

I haven't been much of a Bundesliga fan lately and that's because of the constant dominance of the Bayern Munich team in the league. It's becoming tiring for sure, you almost don't get disappointed at any instance. You breeze in and see them winning or topping the league at almost every point. I don't blame them for being this good but, some major changes is need in this league for some competitiveness. Leipzig was at it last season but, didn't get to succeed much as Bayern continued to be Bayern.

Today was yet another day for them to have beaten Hoffenheim to a 0-4 goals to Bayern Munich. Well, its often a good choice for bettors!

I totally agree, it isn't really that fun to watch. It is more about any records that Bayern can break rather than the championship itself. For example, right now there is this crazy record from a team from South America I think from the 1930s where they scored 90+ games in a row. Bayern has now 80+ something games where they scored every single time and now they are out to hunt this record from the 1930s. That's actually more interesting than thinking about whether or not another Bundesliga team could win the championship... Cheesy

Dortmund got an easy game against Bielefeld today. Maybe Haaland was injured and wasn't able to play in this one but they were still highly the favorite team.
Haaland is their regular goal scorer and if he misses out any win that comes without this talented lad should be termed a hard fought win. Of course a 3-1 result might paint a picture of an easy win but unfortunately it doesn't tell the full story of how they got the result, regardless well done to BVB as the continue to put pressure at the top.

And in the other match Bayern Munich vs Hoffenheim, well Bayern need no introduction we know this team means business you are lucky if they don't score 2 or more goals as they don't disappoint when it comes to goals.

You certainly know that Armenia is a team that is currently in the relegation zone where so far they have not won in the last 9 match. So I feel Dortmund should have won this match easily considering they also have 70% ball possession. Although Armenia also tried to score in that match, Dortmund's defense was strong enough to hold on to victory.

In the Bundesliga, Freiburg are the only team unbeaten in 9 match and they are also the team that has a strong defense so far with the fewest goals conceded compared to any other team. But unfortunately 4 draws require them to be in 3rd position under Dortmund.

I just realized they haven't even won in the Bundesliga, just like Greuther Furth Roll Eyes , It looks like it's true, they will certainly be relegated to 2. Bundesliga if they continue to be consistent with never winning Cheesy

But what do you think about Freiburg? Can they at least be in the top 3 of the Bundesliga standings? I mean when the Bundesliga is over. I'm very curious to what extent they will continue to be consistent to play like they are now, the Bundesliga is still 9 weeks away, there are still 25 games to go (25 weeks).

It was a very productive day for Dortmund and Bayern Munich both. Both of them got very comfortable wins. Dortmund didn't have much problem against Bielefeld even in the absence of Erling Haaland because of an injury. They won by 3-1 away. When it comes to Bayern Munich, they hosted Hoffenheim and destroyed them by 4-0. They are still one point ahead of Dortmund in the standings having the lead. Bayern Munich scored nearly 4 goals per game considering the statistics (33 goals in 9 matches). They are having a remarkable performance lately.

An impressive match from Dortmund, they managed to win with a pretty good score, their defense is also quite strong, this is indicated by Arminia continuous counter-attack to the Dortmund defense area. Dortmund deserved this win.

Have you seen the list of Borussia players who cannot play? This is the eternal problem of Borussia, closer to the middle of the season they have a lot of injured players and then, as a result, there is a significant decline in results. Borussia Dortmund is a great team, but in such a situation I would never risk betting on them. By the way, as for Ajax, do not underestimate them, they are a great team with a great philosophy of the game.
-snip
Dortmund is really in the tight spot, without 10 of its players, and 4 of them is the main scoring players, but yes Dortmund can not underestimate Arminia, because Armenia is in their top shape right now and without any players that are injured I think they can make a good start in having their 1st win, against the Dortmund, but I can not say aswell even without that 10 injured players of Dortmund, Borussia Dortmund still have Marco Reus and Julian Brandt with the support of Jude Bellingham and Donyell Malen maybe there are still hope for Dortmund.

^ This match is live right now and Dortmund is actually leading. Thanks to the penalty kick by Chan at 31 minutes. Unsurprisingly Dortmund has had the fair share of the ball with 72% possession. They seem to be dominating Armenia as of now. 44 minutes have been played and the score is Dortmund 1-0 Armenia. And I think this should be an easy win for Dortmund if everything goes right.

And if Armenia wants to make something of this match, they either need to get hold of the possession of the ball or catch Dortmund off guard on the fast counter.

And I am proven wrong and right, Armina maybe a good team in the 2nd Division last season but beyond the departure of some players like Mike Van Der Hoorn, Marcel Hartel, and Andreas Voglsammer Arminia Bielefeld is not the same anymore, but that is the past Dortmund is really a powerhouse just like Bayern, even without some of their key players and their power striker, Erling Haaland, they are invincible, or Arminia Bielefeld is just  a team that really not able to stand a chance in really winning, in the 1st Division as it did in the 2nd Division,

And Right now the match has ended with a score of 3 - 1 in Dortmund winning, while the Arminia is at a home advantage.

Dortmund got an easy game against Bielefeld today. Maybe Haaland was injured and wasn't able to play in this one but they were still highly the favorite team. And they really did what was expected from them by defeating Bielefeld by 3-1. Bellingham was one of the closest players to score in this game and he really did score one.

An impressive match from Dortmund, they managed to win with a pretty good score, their defense is also quite strong, this is indicated by Arminia continuous counter-attack to the Dortmund defense area. Dortmund deserved this win.

Maybe Bayern Munich also won their game this week but Dortmund still continued to follow them very close in the standings which is by one point.

Yep it's true, they keep chasing each other, but don't just stick with the two of them, because it looks like we have an underdog team (Freiburg) who is in third place with a difference of 3 points from the top of the Bundesliga standings.
Another amazing win for Dortmund in the bundesliga they destroyed Bielefeld in an away game and are playing amazing currently. They bounce back nicely after that really bad result against Ajax in the champions league. Even with Halland injured they are dominating.

Just have seen and readed the todays results and a surprise in the evening game from Hertha Berlin against Gladbach , thought Gladbach will win this one.
Bayern Munich looks like are playing better without the Coach  Cheesy with there win about Hoffenheim , Freiburg is the only Team that hasnt lost a game now .
Dortmund can also win without Haaland as he will be missed now for more weeks , Leipzig changed there game after Greuther Fürth was in front .
Tomorrow there again a few nice games and looking forward to see what Stuttgart will make with Union Berlin.
