I also hope that Dortmund can win the game against Arminia Bielefeld, so that they can continue to compete with Bayern Munich.
Bielefeld vs Dortmund match will take place this weekend. I'm sure it will be an easy game for Dortmund. getting full points for every game nowadays for Dortmund is a must to keep the distance from Munich.
Bielefeld has played very badly this season. in 8 games have not got a win. despite playing at home, it will still be a tough match for Bielefeld.
Bielefeld's performance have been bad since the season started, gaining just 5 points in 8 matches. I bet, they won't be able to withstand angry Dormund who just lost their last match in the Champion League against Ajax. Am expecting 4 or more goals from Dormund.
Bayern Munich are currently topping them with a point, while Leverkusen are 2 points behind them on the standings. Therefore, they have to play carefully, because losing any match might result to them losing their position.

Dortmund must take advantage of every game well and at least be able to get full points in every game, especially the match against Arminia Bielefeld of course it will be relatively easy for the dortmund squad because it is clear that Dortmund is superior in terms of quality, especially now Arminia Bielefeld has never once tasted victory even in the Bundesliga this season and now they are in 17th position, but even so Dortmund still must not underestimate Arminia Bielefeld, because maybe later they can make a surprise in that match.
My prediction is maybe Dortmund will win with a score of 3-1 or more.

I have to agree with this because Bayern Munich is at the top of the table. And in which kind of form they are in I think it will be really hard for any team to beat them. But I think if Dortmund plays well then they might just get to the number 1 spot because Bayern is only one point ahead of Dortmund. And as far as the match with Arminia I think Dortmund should be the easy winner in this match Considering the form of both teams.

Currently only dortmund and leverkusen are the closest competitors for bayer munchen in the league, actually leverkusen had the opportunity to lead the standings last week but unfortunately they were not able to beat bayern munchen, and now only dortmund we can hope to break the domination of bayern munchen in this season, but even so I'm also a little doubtful if dortmund can do it, because so far dortmund are often inconsistent in their appearance, especially if haaland doesn't play it makes it dortmund is very difficult in a match.
Dortmund actually have to be able to let go of their dependence on haaland this season, so that if haaland is injured they can still play well later.

I also hope that Dortmund can win the game against Arminia Bielefeld, so that they can continue to compete with Bayern Munich.

very bad news for all borussia dortmung fans. as was announced today, E. Haaland will be missing from the club for several weeks due to injury and whether he will be playing this year will also be very unlikely Undecided
in addition, other players (Nico Schulz and Thomas Meunier) are injured and will be out this week/next week
https://www.kicker.de/bvb-mehrere-wochen-ohne-haaland-875902/artikel

Big bad news for Dortmund fans. Dortmund have several important matches next month. If they don't win the matches, they will fall behind. Dortmund will play against FC Koln, Leipzig and Wolfsburg next month in the Bundesliga. It will be difficult to win these matches without Haaland. On the other hand, they will play against Ajax and Sporting CP in the Champions League. If Haaland is not in the team, Dortmund will lose both these matches. Horrible month waiting for Dortmund fans.

I'm not a Dortmund fan, but I still think it's a pity that he will not be able to play for a long time because of an injury. It's fun to watch him. Get well soon.

Now it will be interesting to see who will replace him and how Marco Rose will reorganise the team. Indeed, very importand matches will be held the next weeks.

Dortmund are going to play one of their easiest games tomorrow against Bielefeld away. They defeated Mainz the last time and Haaland was also back in the game. And he scored two nice goals too. He is the most important part of this team I think. However, they got a very disappointing result against Ajax by 4-0 in the Champions League a few days ago. They really need to pull themselves together by getting a strong win here. And I believe they will make it.
As for the competition in the Bundesliga, I personally still strongly believe Dortmund will remain a strong contender for the 2nd and 3rd positions but to go further in the UCL I am personally not sure for Dortmund. Tomorrow's match Dortmund will play away against Arminia Bielefeld and I think it's not a difficult mission for Dortmund to win because even, the home team so far can be said to be in a difficult situation or in a bad situation because they haven't won from 8 matches played.

After a few successful seasons, club like Leipzig will be challenged by big clubs in transfer seasons. Their players after dedicate a few seasons without titles, will want to leave and find a new higher highs for their career.

Because of attraction from transfer deal, financial income and pressure from their star players, they will lose their best players. It will be a start of their troubles.

In Bundesliga, Leipzig already have more competitors like you said, Mainz, Wolfsburg and Freiburg. They will struggle with those clubs to complete this season with a good position and a spot in Champions League.

That is life, and it goes to show's that Leipzig is not the same anymore, with that 5 departures of their good goalscorer it's like Leipzig has been disabled in both offensive and defensive with Dayot Upamecano now in Bayern Munich, Marcel Sabitzer now on Bayern, Hannes Wolf now with Gladbach, Lazar Samardzic, Alexander Sörloth, Ibrahima Konate, Ademola Lookman, Hee-chan Hwang, Caden Clark, and Fabrice Hartmann was Leipzig doesn't able to pull that great plays last season, even e though there are players that have been added to the rooster I think this is not enough and Leipzig is not really functioning very well.

^ I don't think Bayern will struggle that much if a player or two get injured in my opinion. Because you know, last season they were somewhat heavily dependent on Lewandowski and his goals. But this season they have a very well team game. Seems like almost everyone is scoring and assisting. Yes if Lewa is injured their scoring chances will decrease a bit, but not so much that they will start losing.

Yes, I think you are right, last season they are very heavily dependent on Lewandowski alone, but right now Serge Gnabry, Thomas Muller, Joshua Kimmich, and Leroy Sane is pretty much doing great and upped their gameplay, and with the addition of players like Dayot Upamecano and Marcel Sabitzer from RB Leipzig, Omar Richards from Reading Football Club, Sven Ulreich from Hamburg, both a free transfer, I think that Bayern is fully packed with great players, that is why even without Lewandowski on the field Bayern can surely hold on its own.

In my opinion, Leipzig's performance has decreased so much this year, because they were abandoned by Julian Nagelsmann. I see the strategy
used by Nagelsmann is very effective, making Leipzig good in attack and strong in defense. What hurts is Nagelsmann decided to move to Bayern
this season which is a rival to Leipzig, finally this season Leipzig played at a very much different level.

Moreover, the players who have brought in Leipzig this season have not contributed, and I think that even if Leipzig want to sign players of
the same level as Lewandowski or Haaland, it's impossible. Besides Leipzig's finances are not so strong, it is very difficult to convince star players
to play in Leipzig. If this season Leipzig managed to enter the top 5, it would be a pretty good achievement. because with the quality of coaches
and players that Leipzig currently has, it is very difficult to compete with big teams.

Yes! that is another assumption why Leipzig is so poor with their performance, and right now Julian Nagelsmann is on Bayern Munich right now and right now I have seen in the news that Nagelsmann right now is tested positive to Covid, but I think even without Nagelsmann Bayern can surely hold on, Leipzig in contrary can kiss the championship goodbye for this season if they don't get their acts together.

Lewandowski is indeed a very big contribution to Bayern, almost every game Lewandowski has scored a goal. But what's interesting is that
Bayern managed to dominate the Bundesliga not just relying on one player. There are still several players who make Bayern a very difficult
team to beat, including Muller, Gnabry, Goretzka and Neuer. Those are some of the players who in my opinion contributed greatly to making
Bayern a very strong team. I totally agree that without Lewandowski Bayern played very well, maybe without Lewandowski there weren't
many goals for Bayern.

Of all the existing teams, it is only Dortmund who might be able to make things difficult for Bayern, even though last season there was Leipzig
who played quite well, but this season Leipzig is a different team. Indeed, the big match on December 4 is eagerly awaited by Bundesliga fans,
this could be one of the parameters of whether Dortmund can compete with Bayern or not. I really hope Dortmund can beat Bayern,
so the Bundesliga runs more interestingly, although my prediction not change that will win the Bundesliga trophy this season is still Bayern.
Last season Leipzig is making progress very fast, but now Leipzig is simply struggling against, Mainz, Wolfsburg, Freiburg, but the last season, they come 2nd next to Bayern and they are a pretty, stable team with gameplay like no other, the only thing that lacks about Leipzig is a strong striker just like Lewandowski or Haaland level could join Leipzig then they can be a changed team in my opinion.

Greuther Fuerth have only managed 1 point after 8 matchdays. 1-1 against Bielefeld 1 month ago. On Saturday they play against Leipzig. After that, they will probably still only have 1 point and remain last in the table. I think Leipzig will score at least 3 goals.

They started their Bundesliga journey this season very chaotic, losing to Stuttgart 5 - 1. Maybe they were surprised to feel the atmosphere of the Bundesliga after a long time of not feeling it Cheesy, and I agree with you that it looks like they will be slaughtered in the next game, because the match will be held at the Red Bull Arena. I predict there will be more than 5 goals in this match.

I would say that they simply lack the quality to compete in the Bundesliga. When you compare them to Union Berlin, there is a huge difference between them during their first season of advancing to the Bundesliga. Union Berlin was able to at least get some slightly above average kickers into their squad and now they are even well established. I think Fuerth just doesn't have the means. They are too small of a club.

So far, no team from the 2nd division has ever started so badly.... It's strange that they haven't taken the spirit from the last season with them. They were no worse than 5th place there since matchday 6, but the departure of 4 regular players was probably too much.

Interesting info and I just looked up the overall stats for the last couple of decades:

https://www.transfermarkt.de/bundesliga/saisonstarts/wettbewerb/L1/plus/?sortierung=schlechteste&sortField=pkt&saisonIdVon=1963&saisonIdBis=2021&spieltag=8&eingrenzung=alle

Pretty interesting to have a look at. Indeed, Fuerth is doing really bad.

I also think the same, and there's no doubt about it, but if one of the players of Bayern like Robert Lewandowski, Thomas Muller, Leon Goretzka, Manuel Neuer, and Serge Gnabry would be injured, then Bayern could struggle, I think that if only Lewandowski would be injured, I think Bayern can handle a game if their opponent is not Leverkusen or Dortmund, and vice versa if Muller, Gnabry, Neuer, or Goretzka can not play and Lewandowski would be the only one in the court Bayern may struggle, and that match on Leverkusen looks like a bonus game for Bayern, and Karim Bellaradi looks really frustrated.

Julian Nagelsmann has now tested positive for covid-19 and will not be able to train bayern for the next 1-2 weeks and coach the team in the league games...
the coach was already absent from yesterday's cl match against benfica and will fly back to munich separately from the team
https://www.kicker.de/nagelsmann-positiv-auf-corona-getestet-875701/artikel
It is not the same for managers. I understand that if you are a player, if you test positive then you will not be able to play and you will be outside of the pitch, probably at home. However, managers do not have to "not manage" when they are outside right? Like they could literally watch it at home in front of TV and could call up their friends? I do not remember anyone checking their phones while managing, so I am not entirely sure, but they could use a loophole like give someone close to bench a phone, not in the bench but close, and then he could rely the information.
However with the German strict hardwork stuff and all that cliche things, I believe they will probably just focus on assistant manager or whoever will be interim until Nagelsmann comes will manage the games. Not really a big deal considering they are Bayern and they will probably just win.

I don't think that is even needed like Nagelsmann calling up his support staff or something. Bayern already has a very talented squad with a lot of experience. So they won't have a problem with the training grounds in my opinion. And about the substitute or the tactic changes mid-game could be handled somewhat by the supporting coaches I guess. At least they have some idea how the players play or what tactic should be changed.

Indeed I don't think there will be an impact and he can monitor the situation from home with his assistance. The main point is to not see players catching the virus..
BTW next games are interesting for Bayern, Hoffenheim first which scored 4? against Bayern last season, M'Gladbach in DFB-Pokal then Union.

The German league has been the Bayern league for quite a long period of time and I don't see that changing this season. I somewhat expected that they will have a hard time winning against Leverkusen in the last match as Leverkusen were 2nd in the table and were playing very well so far. But it seemed like Bayern toyed with them. As long as Lewandowski, Muller, Gnabry will be on form, I hardly think Bayern will miss any title in the next few seasons.

I just saw that news too and it's pretty hard to not notice it as everyone is reporting it, but i would say that is only big news for the press regarding the overall covid situation which is seeing increasing numbers in germany again.
From a football point of view i would say that this will not have a big impact if any impact at all. Bayern has the best players of the Bundesliga and they are also very experienced. I am pretty sure that nagelsmann will do the tactical planning from home and just send it to his assistants.

That is very unfortunate news. COVID seems like increasing again in Europe. But I don't think not having the coach on the training ground will have that of a bad effect on Bayern. They have very experienced senior players and also the support coaching staff who will help them as long as Nagelsmann is unavailable. Considering the form Bayern are in right now, scoring goals like they are toying with their opponents, they should not have any problem having the coach absent I guess.
