We are getting close to the new season. And guess what will happen. Yeah, your answer was true. It will be another season that Bayern will have the control mostly.

What if Bayern München lose Robert Lewandowski and couldn't find a great striker to replace him?
Remember last year RB Leipzig performed great and it was a close final. They fell off in their last 10 matches. This year might be different.
Dortmund has money in their hands but lost one of the most important players -Sancho- and will lose the other one -Haaland-. Don't expect much from them.

And Bayern Munich lost again there next friendly match against SSC Neapel with 0 : 3 !
Dont know whats going on with Munich as now in the first half there are was playing already some players from the main Team ,
Robert Lewandowski , Serge Gnabry and a few more , the team changed in the halftime again with 8 Players.
If they playing like this at the start of the League it will be not a good sign for the new Coach.

We are getting close to the new season. And guess what will happen. Yeah, your answer was true. It will be another season that Bayern will have the control mostly. As long as they are not out of discipline, I don't think that this will change easily. I really believed in Leipzig to do it but they started playing bad on the last weeks. And it was an easy title opportunity for Bayern.

In this season, maybe Dortmund can put up a really good fight against them and for the league title. But if they lose Haaland, I'm not sure of it then.

The problem they have is that now they lack confidence massively and have enormous self-doubts. If they can't manage to get the situation under control quickly, I bet they are getting into serious trouble even in the second league. Other teams realize Schalke can be beaten and that raises optimism for any opponent Schalke is going to face. Rough times ahead of Schalke.

I wouldn't think it's that bad after the first game. In the past, it has been shown that all traditional clubs that have been relegated from the first league have had problems in the first games of the first season. In addition, they had Hamburg as an opponent who is also one of the top favorites for promotion. It will now depend on the next games for Schalke against Kiel and Aue. Schalke has to win these, otherwise they can get into a downward spiral again.

You are right and of course nothing is lost yet obviously, but I put it into the broader context. Going down from first league after an absolutely devastating season, and then starting the second league with a loss. You can't just ignore the past then. I think that from a mental perspective this was a little bit of a slap in the face because you recall what happened last year and start playing mind games against yourself. That is why I say if they lose the next game as well, it feels like a déjà-vu for them.

if Robert Lewandowski will leave bayern munich at some point, there is only one club where he will move to - real madrid Cool
Honestly, it suits me, although I would like to see him in Chelsea as well. In any case, I am sure that he feels great in Bayern too, and I see no reason to change clubs like gloves if Bayern is in no way inferior to Real Madrid. Unless of course Real Madrid offers a crazy contract to Lewandowski, which is unlikely given their financial problems, [not to mention the fact that the Germans have everything in order with their finances and they can easily afford to keep him on the bench if they want to]Wink
I see no reason why Bayern will allow Lewandowski leave the club.He is their best striker who is still performing well despite his age.And if Lewandowski is to leave Bayern,it will depend on him being tired of playing in Germany, and wants to try a new league, but talking about which team is bigger,I think Bayern is on the same level with any big team you can ever think of or mention.

Why should a club like Chelsea or Madrid buy such a player who can then perhaps play for another two years at world-class level?
That was and is also my thoughts about him , and it makes normaly no sense for Chelsea or Madrid to buy him next season.
I think he will be ending his Career in Munich if there is no conflict with the new coach , looks like he is happy in Munich.

I don't think Real Madrid needs him with Benzema another year to stay. They already have lot of young talents coming out great in striker position also. Madrid target is Mbappe and I don't think they are focusing anyone other than that. As for Chelsea, it is Haaland for them. Lewandowski was just an alternate target but I also don't think its gonna go to final that easily. With recent news that has been dropped too now.

By the way , today Bayern Munich will play against Neapel again a friendly match.

According to Goal.com, Chelsea have been linked with Bayern Munich's top striker Robert Lewandowski but the chairman says that he won't be leaving. And he added that he will be playing for 2 more years at Bayern. I think this should be enough for Chelsea to step back.
He was probably just offered an amount that does not reflect his talent ... or the penalties for breach of contract are so high that the amount offered by Chelsea seems unprofitable.

I don't think he chose Real Madrid, but it could actually be interesting for him. I think that they will win the money, which means that he will go where they give more. And I think English clubs have more financial potential right now, so I'm betting on Chelsea or Manchester City. However, in my opinion, each of these changes will be bad for him. He should stay in Bayern as it is unclear whether a change in style of play would end his career.

Lewandowski will turn 33 in three weeks. He will play at least one more season at Bayern because Bayern will not let him go and he has not given any hints that he absolutely wants to leave Bayern. Whether he leaves Bayern next season certainly also depends on how well he gets along with the new coach. But then he would be almost 34. Why should a club like Chelsea or Madrid buy such a player who can then perhaps play for another two years at world-class level?

Ancelotti is not a supporter of the infusion of young talents into the main team. Roll Eyes

+ It's not entirely clear to me why everyone is talking about Lewandowski's age ... he is only 32 years old, and he can easily keep the same pace for another 4-5 years. But nevertheless, Bayern will think twice before renewing their contract with him because compared to other leagues, the Bundesliga players are on average younger by several years. I mean, Bayern will get rid of Lewandowski only if they find him a younger and cheaper replacement, (as mentioned above).

I don’t think he’s leaving this season, but if Bayern manage to buy Halland next season then yes he’ll definitely be leaving Bayern. Also by the time this season ends all the teams should have a fix striker, but Manchester United Cavani will leave next year so that’s one possible destination for him.

It's true that he is still very productive, if I'm not mistaken last year he made 48 goals in 40 games. He is also still 30 years old, there are still 3-5 more years he can survive there. But reportedly Munich will not sell it to anyone.
In addition, Real Madrid does not seem interested in Lewandowski, their main target, it seems, is Mbaape.
I don't think Bayern Munich is ready to give out Lewandoskii. Despite he age, he is still a very strong and talented player. Winning the golden boot last season with 48 goals. Although, Real Madrid seems not interested in signing him. He have been in Bayern since 2014, and he is one of the key player in their squad.

Bayern Munich will not release Lewandoskii before finding a new talented player. Lewandoski is Bayern Munich's main player and he is Bayern's goal machine. Even though he is older, he is still able to perform exceptionally well. I don't see any reason to sell Bayern Munich's Lewandowski at the moment.

I also guess and think that they try to get Mbaape before they will try to get Lewandowski.
Its possible that Real Madrid will be looking next year for Haaland if he keep his playing and score some Goals.
If Mbaape will leave Paris Saint-Germain maybe they also will be going for Haaland .
But there is so much speculation at the moment for so much players and we will see it in a few Weeks.

You say so.  Grin  I don't know maybe Real Madrid would be a much better choice for him rather than Chelsea. Because their game plan is fitting him more. Maybe in 2 years or so, we could watch him there. But for now, it doesn't seem like he's thinking of leaving Bayern.

Thanks for the information.

Lot of things are changed since the pandemic, in society and in football. I don't know any change in friendly match but I think it is possible.

If matches in big tournament as Euro allows to have max to five substitutions, friendly match can allow more than 5 substitutions, so 10 as you said is reasonable.

Personally, I don't see big problems with quota of substitutions in friendly matches. They are for training so why so serious? I don't think it is necessary to be serious with friendly matches.
For sure has changed the pandemic a lot of things , but i also havnt known that at friendly games you can change 10 Players.
I mean 5 is a good middle number for every Game , hope they dont keep the 10 Players change when the season is starting ,
that would be a little to much in my opinion.

Speaking of Chelsea ... "Lewandowski is one of the best strikers in the world right now, he has always been one of the best, now he has no equal. Will Robert leave Bavaria? This will happen no sooner than in two years" the President of Bavaria said decisively.
