One of my strongest predictions This season was that Bayer Leverkusen would not go unbeaten again this season not that they aren’t good enough to repeat this streak but Many of clubs wouldn’t back down for them and this is the time. Bayer Leverkusen usually do come aback against opponents but today they just have to test their own medicine, Leipzig was exceptional most especially Lois Openda who has been consistent for Leipzig since his arrival last summer. The Leipzig might h be having a better Season than last but regardless of that they just solve one of the jinxes of the Season already.

Dortmund on the other hand are also dropping points when need to stacking them up, I think it is fair to say they wouldn’t still be tittle contenders this season too. Now Bayer Leverkusen dropping points it is now advantage to Bayern Munich, maybe the would utilize this opportunity and go top of the table or they won’t

Leipzig deserved to win because even though they were behind, their spirit to break Leverkusen dominance was an extraordinary motivation. Bayern Leverkusen is not invincible after all as RB Leipzig have done what no German team have done for since last year. I think today's result changes everything for the German champions and Xabi Alonso in particular. The greatest beneficiary of the loss incurred by Bayern Leverkusen today is Bayern Munic who is desperate to win the German Bundesliga this season after losing it to Leverkusen last season. Bayer Leverkusen disappointed a lot of their fans following their poor performance today, no one expected them to lose the game after their 2:0 lead in the first half but it's unfortunate that they failed to keep up with their performance and the away team took the advantage to come back to the game and end up giving them a very shameful defeat.

RB Leipzig has an outstanding performance today as no one believed that they will do what the Bayer Leverkusen team has been doing but in a better way today so it is a big congratulations for them for finally being the team to have defeated Bayer Leverkusen in the league since last season, most bettors who predicted Leverkusen to win wil be hoping to see them get back to winning ways because they failed to doing what they knew best today.

I personally can't be sure the competition will only be for Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen after the draws that happened for Dortmund and Stuttgart because anyway, from the beginning I personally only thought the competition for the Bundesliga trophy would be interesting. This season won’t be easy for Bayer Leverkusen as people are expecting, they had a perfect season last year and they have started to suffer defeat from their second opening Bundesliga match. Although there are signs that they will not do that well this season during their preseason because they were not performing to expectations, and for Alonso not to sign some quality players that can give the squad more encouragement, I think it will make work difficult for himself this season because he will be playing in the Champions League also.

I just don't understand how it happened. I had a bet placed on Leverkusen win & over 1.5 goals. But now we see this comeback and a 3-2 loss... I would never expect Xabi Alonso's Leverkusen to lose a game to Leipzig from a 2-0 score advantage. Sad

Of course nothing is guaranteed in football. Anyways, Leverkusen should have played as good as the first leg. I don't know maybe they got complacent. But actually I thought Leipzig's last minute goal in the first half would be enough for them not to feel complacent.
