I also have the same thought as you that he will probably have one that makes Leverkusen strong at the moment and according to The most prominent one for me is the Leverkusen coach. Bayern Munich already has good players but they don't appear as solid as Leverkusen and this also cannot be separated from the role of the coach, maybe if Bayern Munich had a coach like Xabi Alonso Bayern Munich would feel the same way and maybe Bayern Munich would have a big chance of winning the Champions League title too because he has a great striker and adequate players in all lines.

I think Bayern Munich is not interested in bringing in players from Leverkusen because Bayern Munich already has enough players. I feel Bayern Munich is in a situation in which they have really no idea what do to. Currently, they started working with Tuche but they could not get the result they wanted to get and they are losing the Bundesliga title. Leverkusen's performance this season is pretty incredible, especially considering they finished 6th in the 2022/23 with 8 losses and a goal difference of only +8, compared to the current of +48.
It's like a completely different team. Xabi Alonso has done amazing work and will probably be getting a lot of offers from bigger clubs when his contract expires in 2026.
B04 has already beaten the German record of consecutive games without a loss (in all competitions), currently set at 38, but they're still going.
If they manage to win the league with no losses, that would be something. But it's not going to be easy, as they still have some tough games, e.g. against Dortmund or Stuttgart.

There are some rumors. They go as follows: Klopp will take a break until the middle of next year. Julian Nagelsmann's contract with the German national team expires after the European Championship in the summer. He will then become coach at Bayern. I'm not surprised to see them on this list; what they've accomplished this season is impressive, and I believe they deserve to be in the position they are now.
