I've been saying the same thing that them sending Tuchel away and then hiring a new coach wasn't a good thing, I have nothing against Vincent Kompany, he's a good coach so far he's shown himself to be a good coach in the second division from England, because in the English First Division, he did very badly and this story that if he had the funds he could have had a good squad and with that he could have done well in the Premier League I think is a great illusion. we can see that FC Burnley's market value of €244.10m is not far behind some other premier league teams, which means that at least Burnley could have been able to compete with some teams in this premier league season and They wouldn't have been relegated if the coach had experience with the premier league. It is true that Vincent Kompany failed in the Premier League by bringing Burnley back to the Championchip, but this is not solely because of Vincent Kompany, if you look at Burnley's depth they are not worthy of competing with EPL teams because their Premier League team has many great players. Vincent Kompany doesn't can develop Burnley well.

Now the opportunity has arrived for him to lead the Munich club which cannot be denied with a luxurious squad there, this is an opportunity for him to prove that the nonsense that happened to him was a mistake, even though currently Xabi and his team are in good form, but next season will not be meaning they will be the same as before.

Bayern Munich made another risky decision and they likely bet that players, assistant coaches who had working with Pep Guardiola will have good potential to become a great head coach. Xabi Alonso, Mikel Arteta are possible motivational successful coaches with past experience together with Pep Guardiola.

If that's the case then the Bundesliga will be even more interesting because the competition for the title is no longer about Bayern Munich anymore because I've been quite bored for more than a decade. Bayern Munich always wins the Bundesliga title and no club will break that dominance except for Leverkusen this season. Hopefully Next season, Leverkusen will still be in the title race with other clubs. I don’t think Bayern Leverkusen needs a lot more new players if their current players are not leaving to join other teams now. He will only need few players to join to the team which I am sure will not be a big deal or a difficult one for the club to provide the finances for it. He can still build on his existing players to make them a formidable team as they were in this season. I have full faith in Xabi Alonso and I know he can’t do it again next season.

I won’t see a major change in the Bundesliga next season if they still wants to play with the tactics they use this season. They can as well have a plan B in case the existing plan doesn’t work in their favour since many teams would have already understood that from them now. Asides that, I don’t see any major change that can have effect on their performance come next season.

Until proven otherwise, Bayern Munich chose the wrong coach. The club is just gambling on the future of the club by appointing a relatively inexperienced coach. I have tried to uncover the criteria that Bayern used to appoint him and it is difficult to find any outstanding reason. Was it because Vincent Kompany had experience with the Bundesliga during his days in Hamburg or because he speaks German fluently. Was it because of his performance in the Championship last season? Why didn't they evaluate him with his present days with Burnley which led them to relegation?

Some pundits have argued that successful coaches like Mikel Arteta and Xabi Alonso don't have any coaching experience, but they are doing well in their clubs. So we don't have to write off Bayern Munich because, with the right players and support, the Kompany can do the extraordinary. I think Bayern Munich will still be a contender for the number one spot in the Bundesliga.
