Are you here to defend the Dortmund Mate? Is like since when the Bundesliga start this season you have never watched the Dortmund previous matches; if not you could’ve know much about their performances on how they perform poorly in some of their matches, and that’s what given a lot of people hope that Heidenheim can definitely win them easily without facing any challenges. Since you’ve prove that Dortmund will do everything possible to prevent from beat them, let us never make an early prediction let see what can actually happen in that very day;  but my hope still on the Heidenheim.

might be defending Dortmund on the right choice according to him self, and he might just be another Dortmund fan trying to support is club and even if they did make it to the champions league last season that wont happen this season, it is already a new season both in the champions league and Bundesliga and as for Bundesliga Dortmund's forth position might seems like an encouragement to them, it is not because their entry this season looks very aggressive looks like they are trying to force everything, and if they keep playing an aggressive game then it is going keep getting them cards because even there last game against Werder the game was just to rough to the extent that they had a red card.

everyone is clubs is trying to fight for a place that is what Dortmund is trying to do, and their reign in the Bundesliga is gradually getting to an end but for them and Bayern Munich and their position is already taking, and Heidenheim have 100 percent chances of  winning Dortmund because the strategy that they are adopting is not working for them as it is, so they will need to change their way of playing  i don't know when Dortmund started playing rough, and my prediction in this game will be not been favor of Dortmund.

Leverkusen was a name of terror for all teams in the Bundesliga last season. No one expected Leverkusen to perform so well all of a sudden. Another big reason why Leverkusen did so well last season was that the big teams didn't have much of a plan for this team. However, with the performance of this team last season, each team planned separately against Leverkusen, which resulted in this team losing one match at the beginning of the season.

I said last season that Leverkusen won't be able to perform as well as they are doing in the Bundesliga this season, and I've been putting Bayan Munich ahead ever since. But I must agree with what you said, any big team can be beaten by Leverkusen so every big team has to be careful and make no mistakes especially Bayern Munich if they want to win the Bundesliga title next season.
Leverkusen were the Bundesliga champions last season so they were used as a reference or benchmark for other teams when they wanted to improve and rise so from what we saw last weekend when Leverkusen was defeated by Leipzig is proof that the team has been able to make changes to cover this season while Leverkusen as a whole did not make many changes so their quality tends to be the same as last season.

However, regarding the strength or the most respected or wary team in the Bundesliga this season, Leverkusen is still one of them and they are even favored to defend the title this season and for Bayern or Dortmund are teams that are in the process of improving so that all possibilities are still possible to happen.
The point is that the competition for the Bundesliga title this season is likely to be fiercer than last season, I think it will be better and more interesting.

Bayan Munich can win against Leverkusen but it is wrong to think that Bayan Munich will win every match against the teams you consider easy opponents. We often notice that in important matches big teams are defeated by relatively smaller teams or do not get full points in those matches. Bayern Munich should not plan all the matches at once, the match they play is important for them and they have to win that match. Leverkusen went undefeated last season to secure the title, but that doesn't mean they are stronger than Bayern Munich.
Leverkusen has looked a little different after winning the Bundesliga last season with an unbeaten record, but this season it is no longer the case because Leverkusen has lost when facing Leipzig in the second match at the beginning of this season. But in terms of strength, Leverkusen must still be considered a dangerous opponent by any team in the Bundesliga because Bayern Munich must not underestimate an opponent like Leverkusen, especially since Bayern Munich is also being led by a new coach this season.

Matchday 3 will begin with Dortmund hosting Heidenheim at Signal Iduna Park as the home base of The Black Yellows, with the previous 2 matches Dortmund have not experienced defeat and have only been able to collect 1 win and 1 draw. A 3 point victory is an important target to be utilized, because with that Dortmund will immediately lead the top of the standings with a collection of 7 points.
Heidenheim is not a weak opponent to beat, they started the season very well with two wins and are at the top of the standings. They have momentum. At Dortmund's home, Heidenheim will surprise. On the other hand, Dortmund has not found the rhythm of the game. The attack line still looks dull, the arrival of Guirassy has not been able to help sharpen the attack because he is still injured. It is difficult to say that Dortmund can get 3 points at home even though they have the chance. The possibility of a draw for both teams..

Borussia Dortmund are not in good run yet with their performance since the beginning of the season. Their last game was such a bad game I have seen from them in a long time and even the first game was not that great. I just hope things get better for them otherwise, they might not even be opportune to play in the conference league next season. They should take a look at Leverkusen that play attractive and passionate football, the players they have are not in anyway better than the ones playing at Dortmund. They should be up to the task and the next game. They have the squad depth necessary but the couch seems to have little experience because having a team like this without getting anything out of it is incredible.
A difficult match with Werder, the referee handed out ten yellow cards during the match, eight of them were given to Dortmund players, and Schlotterbeck managed to get two cards and had to leave the field for the rest of the match. Dortmund played roughly, maybe because they couldn't keep up with Werder players, but the hosts spent most of the match defending and, by the way, they did it very well. I haven't noticed Dortmund acting so roughly on the field before, maybe it's the influence of Shahin, it's hard to say yet.

Squad depth, fixture congestion - these are the challenges. They'll face the big guns soon enough. Can they keep their heads above water? That's the question. Leverkusen showed it's possible to go from underdog to contender. Heidenheim's got the early momentum, but the season is long. Let's see if they've got the grit to make this a real run
Heidenheim managed to start the League with 2 positive results. This is an extraordinary achievement for a club like Heidenheim. However, I think winning the first 2 matches still does not guarantee Heidenheim's performance whether they are really worthy of being a title contender like Leverkusen last season. They have not played several more matches and they also have not met the top Bundesliga teams such as Munich, Dortmund, Leverkusen and Leipzig. And I think we still can't consider Heidenheim the same as Leverkusen last season. Leverkusen has a quality coach and as far as I remember it was Alonso's second year as coach for Leverkusen. I think Heidenheim must prove in the next few matches whether they can enter the top 10 this year or not.

Roll Eyes Expecting Dortmund to drop points in any game is normal, isn't it? I don't know why it should be any different this season. Heidenheim started off strong, but only because they were drawn against two outsiders at the start. Dortmund should easily beat them at home (unless it's that day again when Dortmund outcome randomly).

Maybe I'm just overhyped.  Tongue  We will see how things will go. Dortmund were amazing in the Champions League in the previous season. This is a reason for me to get more expectant from them.

Another reason might be seeing a really young manager like Nuri Şahin in charge. I'm really curious how his first season will be...

Losing Nico Schlotterbeck also made the end of the second half not too favorable for Dortmund so it was still good enough for Dortmund to get a point in this match because if in the end Nico Schlotterbeck was rewarded with a red card at the start of the second half maybe the result would be a little different even Dortmund could have lost points.

That was really sad to see.  Sad  I wouldn't expect it from a really good talent like Schlotterbeck. He left his team with 10 players there and affected their chance to win directly. But I don't want to go harsh too much. Because he is one of the most valuable players in the squad. Not only by value but also by talent.  Wink

Well, for Heidenheim, they certainly started with a perfect pace in the first two matches by winning two matches. Of course this is a good trend for them to stay consistent in the next matches because in the next match they will face Dortmund. Of course it's a big match because Dortmund will be looking to get back to winning ways and also they are playing at home which means the bookies will probably favor Dortmund as the winner.
Yes, it's quite surprising for a small club where this is only their second season in the Bundesliga but they have been able to give their best in the first 2 matches even apart from being the most productive club in these 2 matches, they are also the only club to keep a cleansheet and this is a good thing for Heidenheim.

Last season they did well to move up and finish 8th and in the Conference League at the end of the table and they are looking to repeat that this season. However, this can't be a complacency because if it's not taken care of, they could lose momentum just like Union did last season especially when their schedule is already quite busy, which will be dangerous for Heidenheim if this is a complacency at the beginning of the season.

Hell yeah, Heidenheim's a kick in the teeth for the Bundesliga big boys. After Leverkusen's surprise last season, it's great to see another underdog shaking things up. Competition is good for the league The team's organization. Defense wins championships, and Heidenheim's got it figured out. But remember Union Berlin started hot last year, then fizzled out. Heidenheim needs to avoid that trap

If they are able to beat Dortmund in the next match then I think Heidenheim is the surprise team in this season. But it is still quite early so it is not seen that the competition is quite fierce in the Bundesliga because some teams still need changes in their playing style under their new coach like Dortmund. I am not too sure that Heidenheim can maintain their good trend like Leverkusen did in the previous season.
Heidenheim who are at the top of the Bundesliga standings after two matches at the beginning of the season still cannot be assessed to continue to improve this season because we still need to see Heidenheim when they play against a stronger team like Dortmund. And in the next match which takes place at Dortmund's home, of course it will not be easy for Heidenheim to beat the host, but if the host can lose when hosting Heidenheim, it is clearly a surprise because Dortmund is usually stronger in home games.
Heidenheim is so far at the top of the standings with the perfect victory they got in the Bundesliga, but so far we can't say if they will be able to stay at the top of the Bundesliga standings long time or not considering they not yet faced big teams in the Bundesliga, Heidenheim is not a big team and they also no have a capable squad compared to the other teams at the top of the standings at the moment, but to be honest, I hope Heidenheim can be a team that surprises us this season like Leverkusen has done, Leverkusen has proven that winning the Bundesliga doesn't require having a quality squad  and they have proven that strategy, teamwork and never giving up attitude are more important factors in winning a competition nowadays, so I think Heidenheim also has the same opportunity to follow in Leverkusen footsteps if their being able to maintain consistency in their game.

Leverkusen was not going to stay unbeaten again, this is simple football logic I expect the fans to have really understood before have the unrealistic expectations of the team, since the erra of morden football, I doubt if there have been a time any team has been able to maintain an unbeaten record at least twice in a row, so expecting Leverkusen to have done that is really crazy, they should be applauded for their last season performance already and allow them do that which they can do in this new season and not necessarily trying to keep hopes high for them and later feel disappointed. The most likely realistic achievement they can really get at this point is winning the bundesliga title this season but unbeaten again is typically far from it.
It is impossible to keep the unbeaten record, Leverkusen already experienced a lose in the match against Leipzig. I am quite surprised that Leverkusen got a first defeat in their home. I think they will get a draw or win against Leipzig. They really dominated the match, unfortunately they only scored 2 goals. I think they are just unlucky in the match, they have done their best.

However, it is true that they are still possible to win the title. It is still in the early of the season, there are many chances to get points. But I think it is time for Xabi Alonso to evaluate the tactics. He should focus on the attacking only, he must be more aware about the defense. I think Leverkusen defense is decreasing a lot, Xabi should wisely choose the best defenders and goalkeeper in every match. I don't know why he choose Kovar over Hrádecký in the match against Leipzig.
Leverkusen defeat was like luck for Leipzig when they were able to score 1 winning score when they knew Xabi tactical weaknesses. Last season Xabi had a perfect strategy and tactics but such strategies could always be known by other team coaches and finally the strategy could be destroyed. What you said is very true that Xabi needs another evaluation to see the mistakes in yesterday's match which was planned to end in a draw but failed when the defense was a little careless. If Leverkusen wants to get a record like last season, he should have an alternative strategy so as not to lose points in every match and after the defeat against Leipzig I always analyze more deeply to bet on every Leverkusen match. Because previously I said last season that an unbeaten record would be difficult to maintain.

How can you judge the performance of Dortmund when they just played two matches in the league and in the two matches they were able to collect 4 points which means they drew 1 and won 1 match. Dortmund may not have won their  two games and for that reason they have been considered as a team with poor performance already but I think they will not be so lazy to be defeated by Heidenheim who they are playing next in the game. Heidenheim may be in good shape at the moment but defeating Dortmund is something that will be so shameful to Dortmund but I think Heidenheim is eager and they may end up having a lucky win against Dortmund.
At the beginning of this season there was indeed surprise where several team performed less than satisfactory, not only Dortmund but also Leverkusen and Stuttgart, but this is still early and there are still many matches ahead for them to prove their performance and compete competitively.
In the next match between Dortmund and Heidenheim I think this will be quite an interesting match because Heidenheim itself is in good form for the beginning of this season, besides Dortmund also has the advantage as the host.
I think there is some pressure that Heidenheim can feel and also some pressure will be obtained by Dortmund because Heidenheim could also show big surprise for all of us, but it is clear that Dortmund is the favorite in this match.
I not so sure Dortmund can win very easily, but I want to see how Dortmund can play home game and take advantage of all these advantages.

I consider Dortmund to be the top 3 team in the Bundesliga competition, and for that fact, I don’t think Heidenheim can beat Dortmund. As you guys are saying, Dortmund is strong, and they will not allow Heidenheim to beat them. Of course, they will do everything in their power to avoid that because of the spot they are fighting for in the Bundesliga this season.

Moreover, compared to Dortmund's performance, Heidenheim are weak; they don’t have that performance that will give us a guarantee that they will win Dortmund this time around, so let's wait till then and see what will happen.

There is no doubt that Dortmund is a renowned team in the Bundesliga. But we saw a poor performance from this team in the last match. The team could not score any goals against Werder Bremen. And the match ended in a goalless draw. Unless Dortmund lose the match. However, Dortmund's overall performance in this match was poor. We expected to see a better performance from a team like Dortmund. Because the opponent Werder was not a strong team. Dortmund failed to play well in this match even though the opponent was weak.

On the other hand, there is no denying that Heidenheim have been in very good form this season. The team won the first match against Pauli 2-0. And in the second match against Augsburg, Heidenheim won by a big margin of 4-0. Heidenheim players scored 6 goals in two matches. But the more important thing is that the team did not concede a single goal in the two matches. Heidenheim's overall performance was excellent.

Due to these reasons, it can be assumed that the match between Dortmund and Heidenheim will be competitive. I don't see any chance of Dortmund getting an easy win. I'd even say Heidenheim have a better chance of winning.

This is not a big surprise, Leipzig is a strong team and Leverkusen was also unlucky in that match so it is natural that they lost.
But overall Leverkusen has shown good performance, so I think the defeat does not need to be exaggerated, Leverkusen is still a strong team like last season.

Xabi Alonso has proven that he is successful enough to be able to lift Leverkusen's performance, so from their defeat at the beginning of this season there is no doubt that there will be a decline in performance, in fact I think that Leverkusen's defeat is because Leipzig has improved its performance so that it is likely that there will be fierce competition in the Bundesliga this season with several teams competing fiercely for the title.

You are right dear it is not realistic to think Leverkusen can go unbeaten again. In modern football it is very hard for teams to win every game even for just one season. Fans should be proud of what team did last season and enjoy their successes. They should not expect too much and then get disappointed. Winning league title is more achievable goal and Leverkusen should aim for that.
It is  important to be realistic and not put too much pressure on team. Leverkusen has already shown they are strong team and fans should enjoy watching them play without expecting them to win every game.

Heidenheim Are still strong and don't be surprise that they might be given dortmund a tough time because they play a very unique game.  And the way you said dortmund will easily beat Heidenheim is just a funny statement because them drawing outsider's does not mean that they will go easy on dortmund and what if they still play draw with dortmund. Sometimes the club that is assumed weak are the one doing the most, am also understanding that game can change, and the weaker can become stronger all of a sudden, that is what is interesting about games.
That’s just the truth about the Heidenheim they started the season with a very great performance, and is not this season in every season everybody knows how they always keep their performance so standard; so in that case I don’t think the match will be easy for the Dortmund against the Heidenheim. Honestly o don’t have see any from the Dortmund that how will say are going to dominate the match in that very day, The Dortmund will face a lot of challenges.

Because if we look at their performances in their previous matches that have played Dortmund is not that strong that van able to beat the Heidenheim in one, even though they will make that possible they’ve to pass a lot before it happened: we know that sometimes the weak teams are given surprises in football it normally happened, but Dortmund can definitely find that difficult.

As I said before at the start of this season, people expected to see a perfect performance from Leverkusen during this season even if they make one mistake that's not right because the Leverkusen fans think they should still stay unbeaten and they should still win the Bundesliga title while even a great team like Leverkusen can sometimes be made mistake and lose points but this is not a reason to say they are weak.
