Thank you for all participants who have already left their reviews. Let us comment some statements"
1. No explanation on how to mix coins was given on the website.
We are planning to make a "How to" video or detailed guide with the instructions for using the mixer. We understand that many new users are not familiar with such kind of services and a small guidance will be of help.
2. Even after the transaction was confirmed, it said "awaiting confirmation". It does not show how many confirmations does it need to send out the mixed coins.
Sorry, this might be a glitch. We will check it and see if it often repeats.
3. Sending micro transactions was not something I prefer as it sometimes increases the fee while sending out those coins. Users should get the option to choose if they want to receive the coins in one transaction or multiple transactions.
Thank you for your suggestion. Indeed, splitting the amount for two transactions increases network fee, however it helps to provide more anonymity and makes it difficult to track the history of transactions.
4. Time taken was long. As some users would require to receive the coins urgently, this may be an issue for them.
The time delay in [banned mixer] can achieve up to 6 hours. The system needs this time to opt for optimal transit wallets in order to provide more anonymity. It can be perceived as disadvantage, however for those who crave for maximum anonymity this feature can be useful.
1. This text is grammatically incorrect "Enter your Bitcoin forward to address below:"
Thank you for pointing it out. We will think what we can do here.
2. A user can be given an option to create an account wherein he could receive the Letter of Guarantee via email then and be notified of his transaction getting confirmed and that he received the coins. While downloading "Letter of Guarantee" it's better if the text document is named the same instead of "LetterGuarantee".
We do not ask our users to register and leave their emails. That is why we do not send Letters of Guarantee via emails as it contradicts the principle of anonymity.
3. Add steps on how to use the website or a video tutorial if possible.
We have already commented it above.
4. A user should know how many confirmations are required to confirm the transaction instead of displaying "awaiting confirmation". Till now I can see the same text even though I have receive the coins and the transaction is confirmed on blockchain. When the transaction is confirmed, the page can be refreshed and also he should know if it's safe to close the page.
As we have already mentioned it can not be a bug. We will definetely check it and correct if the issue persists.
