Maybe we need patience and have to use techniques in buying something Altcoin. should be cheap with a high price as long as the value is still cheap then I will not sell it. Patience is a very good bond battle especially in the long term we invest.

I feel you, were the same because almost of my bitcoin loss for hold and know i need money now so that i think twice about that if im going to sell it or not. i dont any choice but to sell it. Maybe this is noy my time to hold bitcoin.

For me just give more time to wait if you want your money back and have a profit from it just be patient and wait for the right time before you dive directly into a dump.

Every investor experiencing that not only you all investor are facing the same thing like yours. So i think the better you do are just to wait but if you are getting tired of waiting you sell it even you are losing 60% of your investment.
