You may wanna focus other things to instead of gambling. Go outside smell some fresh air you may wanna find some interesting things that you like outside,  focus on your families, play sports, go to gym, date your girlfriend, grab some beers with your friends, Go travel and make adventures, or just focus on your work if you have one. It defends in your self disipline  on how you will avoid gambling habits.

Taking some fresh air will help you realize that life isn't all about gambling, you have to get some time for relaxing and this what I've learned from working all day long and after a long week of working thinking that a good stress reliever is to gamble until I became addicted and came to the point that I've got nothing left. Those suggestions of yours are really helpful especially having good times with your family.
I firmly support you in your first statement. Gambling is not everything in this world. Life has a lot of other real activities to offer. Gamblers waste their whole life in playing just one game. Either they will keep on playing random games like dice, slots or they will hook up in poker. Talking to someone who can understand you is the best cure of all problems. You find the courage within you.

The motivation of gamblers is to win alot money, and that's the main illness. because, greedy nature is humane and we never feel enough even until when the casino goes bankrupt because of winning we achieve inside.

Find a new hobby to replace gambling. Try working out, learning to code, video games or something like that. I wouldn't recommend gambling with play money, the best thing to do is do some new hobby whenever you feel the urge to gamble. Just keep it up and the urge will eventually go away.

If you're hooked in gambling it is really hard to quit. There are ways to quit gambling. First, you must avoid isolation. Try to keep yourself busy. Meet a friend for coffee. Distract yourself with another activities such as gym, watching movies and bonding with your family. Try to practice relaxation.

yes, it will never be easy to give up from gambling. especially if we've lost a lot of money in gambling. like there is a sense of not willing to abandon gambling without getting our money back. is not it like that?
It is exactly like it. It is human nature that whatever you have lost anywhere, there is a continuous try for getting it back. You couldn’t just leave your loss even you know better that there are chances and you can get it back easily. This make a man addict of gambling. And it became their biggest armor for not leaving it without getting money back.

I'm a hardcore gambler and it's really really hard to giving up on gambling. All advice and tips are not effect in my life, the only I can do right now is everytime I receive money from my job, I always give it to my mother. So I can't spend my money anymore and its work till now.

I was a hardcore gamer as well but I decided to stop gambling for profit. I just swallow the fact that I keep losing money everytime I play so with that I decided to just play for fun so I dont really have to worry about the result anymore. By doing this, I could keep playing eventhough Im addicted so Im good with this decision atleast for now

it's really true that's what you say. and they will not stop before they get a lot of profits and also they may not cease to stop the failure they experience when they have a lot of capital to gamble, let alone to stop permanently
It will be hard if were not still decide on our decision to quit, well it was really hard since we made it an habit especially if we don't lose alot and if we won often. It will depend on our decion and strategy how to make give it up, but as long as you can handle and you know its not ruining your life then play just have control.

If you are a family member, then you will be affected by that habit. Sooner or later it will be annoying, and I think it is better to tell them atleast before they can reach that part of a gamblers life.

A gambler will never stop unless they find reason to stop, it should be something extreme. Lucky are the gamblers who experience that and stop.

It is like that. Losing always hurts. Nobody wants to be tagged as a loser and when it comes to money loss, we will definitely try to recover it but any man with a common sense can tell that something that actually stole your money cannot give it back. Unfortunately, gamblers do not understand this simple fact because they are so much into recouping the loss that they deny simple realities also.
it is true that once, because they will not stop or give up before they get a big profit. moreover they have experienced losses when they have a lot of capital to gamble, I think it is difficult to stop or give up so wrote

I would agree that giving up gambling is really not an easy task, it needs a lot of determination from the gambler himself, maybe it would be a good thing when the gambler ask the admin of casino site to give him a permanent ban on the site so he would not have the urge to gamble anymore.

Different person will have different ways to stop gambling permanently. I have one suggestion even though this maybe won't work for everyone. Move to a place where gambling does not exist! Forget your devices and start a new life with new activity too!

I think it is not possible my friend because man cannot without mobile phone and a internet access. The only way he can quit gambling for good is always he need to control his feelings towards gambling.

Seeking help from professionals is the best way to help you withdraw your gambling addictions. We shouldn't be afraid to tell them what are we going through because they are willing to help.

Moving to a place where gambling is illegal still makes sense even though there are still loopholes to gamble, but forgetting your device is still impossible to do. Device is not just for gambling, device is needed for our daily activities.

Yes quitting gambling isn't easy, I've also tried quitting gambling a few times but I'm back in it every time after a few days or sometimes a few weeks, but the temptation of winning takes me back to gambling.

Gambling will pull you back, even how hard you try to leave. I tried to leave, even left for couple of weeks or a month maybe, but again I got indulged. But I limited my gambling and now the addiction is more of happiness of winning and also games like Poker helps me entertain myself.

I tried to leave but I just cant leave the game. I guess it happen to alot of people as well but I think that some people might be able to leave. If it has become hard to leave then perhaps playing for fun will be the only solution for this. If we play for fun and use only small amount of money then we dont have to worry about having to lose alot

I already manage my self not to gambling anymore and yes im not a gambler im the only one in my friend who manage that and keep asking me how to its everybodys decision when they want to quit they will find way to not play anymore and you will accept the fact that gambling isn’t for your place

Correct, the only one that could help themselves is their selves, no one else, you just have to be dedicated in order to quit gambling for good if that is what you want, because if you are just going to quit gambling in just a minute by just saying that to yourself, then you are just going to lose more money than you could ever imagine, you have to shout it out to the whole world that you are really going to quit it for your own good.

Also in a corner of my mind I am thinking that am I addicted to gambling as recently the amount of time for which I gamble is continuously increasing and gambling is also taking its toll on my life somehow as I am now able to give my family less time as I think it's good to gamble in that time, but I will try to change this.

that's a good thing, because gambling has so much power that we can not avoid. once we play gambling then we will continue to play even though our condition is not good. this shows that gambling is an addicting thing, addiction is not something that can not be lost. one way is to think and have the power to be able to fully release from this game. me and some of my friends have done it, it is not easy and certainly will take a very long time. but this proved to make us much better than before. gambling game is only played by those who dare to take a high risk. so if we do not dare take the risk then never to try it though.

When a gambling craving strikes: Avoid isolation. Call a trusted family member, meet a friend for coffee, or go to a Gamblers Anonymous meeting. Distract yourself with another activity, such as going to the gym, watching a movie, or practicing a relaxation exercise for gambling cravings. It's just a simple step but 100% effective.
