Absolutely, if one want to quit and only plans that he gradually quit gambling, then he/she can never quit it. I tried to do the same, I tried to gradually move myself from addiction. Realizing it won't help I completely kept myself away from it. Now, again I am back for gambling, but its now for fun and enjoyment.

i know it is not easy at all to quit gambling it can still drain more and more funds you will earn but you should make a commitment one day and make sure you follow it no matter what if you dont follow it try to force you mind to not gamble , try to be tough on yourself im sure one day you will easily be able to recover from any sort of addiction

I agree with you that it is certainly hard to give it up if you think it is difficult. It is all about the mindset that you need to prepare yourself to have the best outcome and the hopefully soon you could stop gambling. I don't think you could help yourself by surrounding people that are addicted to gambling too. It's better to move to a different circle of friends if that's the case.

the external factor is really affected you to help to stop gambling, just choose a new society that different from your past, well you cant stop gambling if your close people is keep gambling. think it like a new beginning for your life a new chance to be better don't be afraid to act outside the box.

Making some friends and speaking more with your loved ones would also help for you will devote more of your time in them and not in thinking about gambling.

Absolutely, if one want to quit and only plans that he gradually quit gambling, then he/she can never quit it. I tried to do the same, I tried to gradually move myself from addiction. Realizing it won't help I completely kept myself away from it. Now, again I am back for gambling, but its now for fun and enjoyment.

True enough that giving up on gambling is no easy task once you have come to terms on how it goes. Of course, when you took time to learn and experience something, you would find it hard to move away from it especially when you know you are still financially able to do so. One thing you must master, however, is to know when gambling is no longer healthy. Everybody can gamble whatever little money they have but not all can just move away from it. And thus I say, learn the art of self-control and there you will see true success.

I really think that it's really difficult to quit a bad habit especially gambling. Gambling is made for entertainment and some profit, that's the reason why a lot of people are going crazy about it. Gambling is fun, however it is addictive too. Once you get hooked, it can ruin your life and you might even end up selling your stuffs. It's better to quit as early as you can before it's too late.

Yes! If someone actually keeps on gambling then a time will come when he will face a great difficulty in giving up on his habit and all the losses combined together would result in huge change from a luxurious life to nothing in hand. Gambling becomes addictive just because it is a fun thing and more over shortcut to earn money without any effort.

My situation to you is that you should try some other things to have a fix about you losses instead of gambling again and again with the same poor results.

Gambling is very risky therefore what we should do is we have be careful not to spend outside our limit, prevention is still better than cure as it's not good to quit because gambling has already made a big damage into your finances. Giving up is always not easy because we still have the pride and the urge to still chase what we have lose, but the reality has happen therefore accepting is the best way to do.

I think that when a you earn a big quantity of money in gambling , so the stand up for it is so hard especially when you are addicted for gambling.

Then you did it right, sometime we think good and in the end of result we found nothing. Then better to leave this idea. Actually, you demand big desire from gambling, then you should prove that you are lucky then only you get big winning. But unfortunately it was not happened, then you have choice to give up gambling.

First and foremost, it is a very bad idea to even expect huge winnings from gambling. The best idea is to expect the worst from gambling before you even step in and that would make you to understand what you are getting into even before getting into it and help you prepare your mind towards it.

Also, if you do that, it helps you to know outrightly if it is something you really want to go ahead with or not. This has always helped me, and if I have a certain amount I want to gamble, I just always tell myself, I can lose everything, so even if I win, I just see it as probably my luck for that day.

Yeah I agree, gambling is really makes your life a miserable because it can lost you everything not like your money but also your mind and body. I don't get it why those people are making themselves hard to give up gambling. It's essential that they can't give gambling easily but if they will push themselves hard for sure they can make it.
