That is not guaranteed because there are gamblers who tend to keep on gambling after their losses. And they are aiming to recover their losses so instead of giving up, they are thinking if they will keep on gambling they can easily recover it but in reality instead of recovering they are adding up some more amount to their loss.

good point avoiding to use internet will lessen your activity and having yourself busy with some other things together with your love ones will help you a lot becaue for sure if you avoid internet and you are with your love ones gambling activity won't come up to your mind, practicing this in a daily basis
will keep you away from it and it will rinse up your mind.

I hope one can keep up that kind of method to avoid gambling, if you will not use the internet you are sacrificing your whole activity because of gambling and it's a big damage in your productivity as a person. What about your needs or wants in the social media, like the jobs you need to do that requires you to do research in the internet? It does not make sense actually..

That is just applicable to those people who can afford to avail the services of a psychiatrist and mostly rich people only does.

It will be helpful if you will consult to them but every word they are saying have a value so your money or savings will be in danger.

Maybe a one that wants to give up gambling can find something else that can make him forget gambling, why not try to travel.

Giving up Amy addiction is very hard but you can do ot I'd you really want to with the help of friends and family and preffessionals. I think people you trust should either look after your !money and give it to you in small amounts or control or monitor your spending. Of coarse you could just spend your money gambling but you trying to get help so let people rather restrict your spending.

I think the difficulty on quitting gambling depends on how attached or addicted the person to the gambling game. If I have to quit gambling, I can say, since i don't have strong attachment to gambling, I can quit it promptly. But those who were addicted or were so attached because of thinking that they can chase their losses will have a very difficult time to quit gambling.

The another way to quit gambling is to find a new hobby for yourself such as singing, dancing or playing some sports. These hobbies will make you forget about gambling. Currently, i am an amateur football player and i really enjoy it, I used to be addicted to gambling but i am not anymore, thanks to my family and my girlfriend. Sometimes, i gamble to relax and to have some happy time with my friends

well nothing is easy especially if your body is already accustomed to it and it's already deep in your system. it's even more dangerous with gambling because it will involve serious money. it would be really hard but if you think about the consequences it may cause, I don't think it's worth the risk to be too engaged in gambling. thinking about what you're going to lose in the long run if you get addicted can, in a way, be a motivation to stay away.

Well, you're right, it is very difficult to get out of gambling even when you have a strong determination to it. however, if you've been hooked on gambling, I think it would require a very long time to give up the gambling games. besides, when you've won, or lost, you will be challenged to return to play, because it is something that can make people curious about the outcome
