Yes it is, because you are already addicted to it and you treat it as a way to earn. You think it is a secondary job where you can earn not knowing your just losing money from it. Not realizing that you are not earning nor losing.

That is why instead of giving up with gambling because you are just normally losing our money, you want to keep on gambling and wants to recover all your loses. And it is one of the reason why a gambler tends to have hard time of giving up and totally removing their addiction in gambling. But if they are just willing to help themselves by controlling their own wallet and emotion, that will help.

Yeah, all it does is always experienced by all the gamblers never did. Because while doing gambling we did have a goal to get the victory, so if the results we received did not match will certainly make us feel no confidence and want to make a bet. This has all been reasonable, but unnatural are those who remain eager to get their money back in the gambling. Gambling is just out of the way for those who do big ambitions because of gambling

Stopping a habit is pretty hard. I've read things about quitting bad habits and most of them say that you should replace them with a new one instead. I'm sure that gambling has given you a lot of fun but if it's starting to ruin you financially, then it's time to change it. Maybe start enjoying life in a different approach.

Ever wanted to go into a fancy restaurant or buy something you want but you don't have the money and time? Start saving your gambling money and you can finally do the things that you want.

Yes ,quiting gambling is not as easy as we think ,but there are many ways to make unstead of gambling fun exploring other kind og investing or reading interesting and good news or stories also will help us .
Yeah, but it is not easy as to quit as A,B,C. You are saying that there are many ways? yes, there are too many ways but it is also depend  of the people if they really want to quit for their own good.
We have many ways to stop gambling but to follow those ways we should have self-confidence and self-control. Yes once you decided that you want to stop gambling, you must stick with that and have to follow all methods like addicting to other sports are wasting time with friends and spending time with family members like this if you addicted means you can quickly stop gambling.
Definitely spending time with your family would be a great help, with that you will be able to forget gambling as you can find happiness within the family. Your time instead or being useless due to gambling addiction now with your  family you can bond with them and spend quality time, it's hard to be alone in the fight so you need your family.

It's not really easy if it's your habbit. but there's a way where you can stop gambling first start from being a low bet gambler. this where you can maximize your limits don't get too attached on the prize play gambling for fun and you will get what you want. second play only after your work remember that you have a goals. our goals is to deplete our addiction in gambling. third think about your family so you can have a 50:50 conscience if you want to waste your money and let your family die in hunger or invest it on some gambling sites where you can have more stable profit so you can treat your family what you've wanted to Wink

rather than tried to resist, why not play it little by little, but the what thing you need to fight is yourself, you must control yourself and not play much or use big amount of money that you have

Sure giving up isn't easy. Otherwise, it wouldn't be called a disease. I think that is you want to quit gambling, you have to make some rules for yourself and consider that like a game. So, consider it a game. Set a fixed amount of money you allow yourself to spend on gambling every day. And do your best to pick up something else instead of it. Some sport activity, for instance.
yes that is a fact that giving up gambling is really not an easy job, and specially if you have been addicted, then it become more and more difficult to quit gambling for ever, i have seen so many people personally who have try their best to stop gambling but they only succeeded for a few days or moths and then they start gambling again.
Yes very difficult for addicts to giving up gambling and may need the help of people around to remind him. Perhaps with fussing and away from gambling access approach will help. Busy themselves in any activities that have been more helpful and always take the time to people around, it will help to forget about gambling. But do it consistently it is more difficult and requires good intentions.
when someone is addicted is sometimes very difficult to be aware.
they must suffered the worst phase of his life, as life has been ruined because gambling. it is quite possible to make them aware and stop addiction

giving up gambling is like a necessary evil that you have to do it. whether you like it or not.

it is obviously hard especially for those who are extremely addicted to gambling and are in debt up to their necks because of gambling and all the money they have lost in it.

but good news is that gambling addiction is a known problem and there are even support groups for that to help you give it up.

Yeah gambling addiction is so common right now that it would be easy to find professional help in case you need one. But it would be a lot better though if it starts with the people close to the person. I think it's rare that it would come to a point that professional help is required as having your family and friends around can be a very big help if you want to quit gambling. Of course there's the part of the person himself and how bad he really wants to quit.
Going to the professional who can treat your gambling addiction should be the last option to do. We still have our family that's willing to help us and we can ask for their guidance on how to quit gambling. They will heartily help us since they are our family and you do not need to pay anything.
And professionals "psychiatric" will always suggest you some strange ways and sometimes they will give you medicines that will simply make you sleepy or dizzy and you while will quit this addiction but then you will get addicted to such pills and not be able to sleep unless you take these pills.

If you consult a good doctor, I don't think anyone will suggest such kind of medicine addict for it get to sleep every day. Maybe they will give them for few days if a person needs it otherwise mostly they will ask to go somewhere out where they can't get a access to online gambling so forcefully they can slowly come out of this habit.
Or if they can give some theraphy like type of foods and juices that will help gambling addict to rinse up their minds for sure its also related to what type of healthy foods that atleast help to clean the mind.

Everyone hates losing , even in a legit business where one would think its not gambling. If you look at it ,most of the things that involve us living and making money is associated with gambling ,even the person who doest gamble. When u quit and start working , that on its own its a gamble but with very low risk and payout monthly depending on how you get paid. If all the times you were gambling and never lost ,you deposit more annd win ,go all in and win would you quit?

Since you already have a bad experiences with gambling you should have a strong will/resolve to quit it.

For starters, You can find something that can divert your focus from it like a hobby.  Find what interest you the most and try it.

Or even do some productive things like learning graphic design, programming,  video editing etc. It is so easy to find information about it these days for free. Tutorials are all around the internet.

You can also use the skills that you've learned to find a job.

Tell me anyone who says dropping any habit is easy and I will tell you that person is a liar. Any habit one has form whether good or bad so far an individual is deriving pleasure in it, then I tell you its not easy to drop and in the case of gambling where you get to win sometimes and if youre lucky, you get to win most times, then I say, its not easy to drop but with determination and gradual withdrawal then I say its is possible.

Dropping any habit is not quite easy for anyone it's very long term procedure to do this, in case of gambling it's more hard because it has easy money for lucky people, I am totally agreed with you winning with gambling make us happy so that I can say that it's very difficult habit.

I agree , giving up any activity which becomes your daily habit is not so easy for all of us . Same as any sort of vices such cigarettes and alcohol , giving up gambling is a very long procedure and has a lot of side effect to any people .
yes that is a fact that it is not such an easy job as it become yours daily activity, i think the second reason is that people are considering gambling as one of the shortest way of making money. therefore people trying again and again to get benefit from it and so they become addicted.
