Do you have igpu (video off the mobo/cpu)? if yes try enabling it in bios and put the monitor on it.

I can try it, but still these are 6GB GPUs not 4GB.
If I change the DAG buffer on GPU0 to single it is working but only 18-19MHs instead of 23.5MHs.

This "out of memory" error also hapened on my 1070 rig using the 2.42 version but on 2.38 it was working fine. But unfortunately this method is in not working with 1060 6GB  cards.  Sad

Yah saw that.  ive got a single rig of 13 1060x6gb cards.  Should get 23-24mhs each.
The other thing you might try is a mining OS based on linux from a thumbdrive.

Noticed that Gminer started ignoring my MSI Afterburner, and had turned itself up to 243 watts, and 85% fan running GPU at 74c.

That's a no-no.  I had the power throttled to 71% max power, which is about 185 watts.

Guess I'm on Phoenix miner for now...

Is there any public documentation for the API? When the port is bound I can access the stats page, but is there any additional JSON RPC data besides what is available at 127.0.0.1:3333/stat? Would be nice to get entire power consumption of machine if possible (GPUs+CPU, etc).

Request: it is good to see which server is in use, specially when you have backup pools specified. Make it possible to specify how frequently gminer will check for main server being online - 10 mins is too long.

Hi guys, I have power issue when loading DAG file in ETH mining, I need to underpower when create DAG then get correct power settings when started mining.
Is there an option to create DAG sequentially and not  simultaneously?
Thank you.

I'm trying to run GMiner v2.41 on WIN10 AND Ubunti 20.04 and I get the following error when trying to mine conflux:
Failed to initialize miner on GPUo: EVGA GeForce GTX 3060 Ti 8G

This occurs on both Win10 and Ubunti. What am I missing here?

v2.42
+ fixed performance regression for Ethash/Etchash algorithm on Nvidia miding edition cards
+ added auto-tune for Ethash/Etchash algorithm on Nvidia cards, miner automatically select fastest kernel, also you can select specific kernel manually by using --oc flag, currently 3 kernels available, 0 means auto-tune by miner
+ added display of shares per minute
+ added option to control hashrate report interval (--report_interval in seconds)
+ removed cuckarooz29 algorithm due Grin will not support it after hardfork

Ethash fee is 0.65%

w 10 last nvidia drivers,   algo cortex, gpus 1080, 1070

why are you filling the throats of those with 5% fee this is the most abnormal fee I've seen in such projects
use linux for this algo has a miner with better hash and no fee

Hey guys, I'm quite new here, so sorry if my question is a bit dumb, but I'm trying to mine Aeternity on my GTX 1050TI 4GB , and I'm getting these errors:
Code:
19:41:26 Failed to initialize miner on GPU0: ASUS GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB: out of memory
19:41:26 No devices for mining
Can someone help me figure out what is this problem about?
I've been googling it for a couple days by now and still has no exact solution or fix.
Thanks Smiley

If you are on windows it is probably the OS that is eating up the extra vram.  You can try one of the linux based mining OS to see if it fixes the issue.
You can try to use the igpu (if you have built in video) and see if resolves it.  Looks like  3.5gb is the absolute minimum vram needed so it could just be windows and if is used as display gpu.

Thanks, will try that Smiley
