Good effects? There are a lot. We don't have to everything on our own. We can have a robot to do it, and it won't get tired and complain like people. They don't have feelings, so it's easy, to be frank with them. When it comes to information and technology, they are the most updated and provides what we need faster than a human. Bad effects? Maybe I watch too much sci-fi movies to think that they may go rouge or malfunction then turn evil. Hahaha. Kidding aside, with robots replacing human jobs, more people would become unemployed. Machines might replace everything. The cost of living goes up, while the income and employees go down. And I don't want to see heartless stuff go around be around me all the time, and act like their ordinary human beings. It's weird.
So we're heading the robitics era. Nowadays anything is possible, with the technology backed up with endless imagination. Well robots can make work faster than a human can possibly do. Increase sof production will be the greatest advantage but the disadvantage of it, more people will lose their job.

I do not think that robots has a positive effect on replacing human beings because if this robots will surpass the capabilities of a normal human then there is a huge chance for us to be enslaved by the new race.
I think the use of robots is more negative than positive, as we know that the main problem of unemployment is the use of robots to replace humans, I'm afraid that someday there will be no work from robots.
No any other thing can replace human because it’s the human who make robot ant robot make human so its mean robots are under control of humans it may be good for some time but there are not good as human are human have mind.

I think its advantage is only for the company who uses robots instead of human to do the job. It is because robots do the job faster and better than human. The company doesnt need to pay too much because they have robots working with them. I believe that there is only bad effects on creating a robot to place human beings, most of the programmers in the future will be only fixing robots and most of the might be using arduino language to repair broken robots or machine that has a bug or errors.

If robots will exist in the future then there will be no job that will be left for human being and if they surpass the knowledge of every people because we are the ones who are creating the program then it was like a new race was born that can take over the world.
Having robots replace humans in doing a variety of jobs seem to be a good idea. What are the pros? High efficiency, increased production, probably a small margin of error, etc. The cons? Increased unemployment rate, higher maintenance costs (electricity or whatever fuel's gonna be used), periodic maintenance, etc. Amongst all these, what's more concerning will be the increase in unemployment rate most likely. The title already says it, robots to "replace" humans. Less human intervention will be needed in this case.

A good effect of replacing human jobs by a robot are making work faster can be accelerated at specified time. The percentage of job errors decreases. You will be spending a lot of money on buying robots. If you reduce the number of people, it will cause people to suffer from unemployment they have no capacity to feed their families everyday.
