I back good thinking in IEO and I never choice ICO for a project at this time. If you wanna participate a bounty then you can joined IEO bounty. Otherwise you should long analysis a project when you get a project bounty.
I also would not choose to invest in ICO because this type of investment is too old, and if you participate in these bounty campaigns, it will certainly only cost you more time. I think it is best to join projects that are being IEO at good liquidity exchanges because these will usually be projects that bring a lot of money to bounty hunters.

It's not about how good an ICO was, many ICOs raised huge sum which made them look good but they were scam and took investors funds with them. Many ICOs that were bad in terms of funds raised yet continued with their project development and are doing well now. Good or bad ICOs should be judged from project development if a project records good ICO without project development it's bad.
I think investing in any project will be risky if you do not study carefully. Now investor confidence in ICO projects is gone, and it will only make you more frustrated to choose this type of investment. In my opinion, it is advisable to look for IEO projects because these are the projects that will bring short-term profits to investors and before participating should only choose high-liquidity exchanges.
There are only few investors nowadays who risks their money to invest in new projects due to failed and scammed ICO projects in the year of 2018. It is the reason why IEO projects became much better than ICO projects because they are well-developed and you can trust their team members.

short term profits ? so you only invest on ieo because of that and you reject ico for that reason too ?

why not invest on more volatile cryptos  because those are better in terms of short term profits but ieo can take a while and ieo are not sure too compare to a crypto coin that is already a pioneer on this field   .

most of all not all are short taker but people choose ico too because they love the long term effect that ico bring    .

I admitted to searching for good ICO, and bad ICO will be difficult as we know that every ICO doesn't want to show their weak to the public. They will do anything to convince the investor and the participants that their project is legit, and they will give promise that they will provide what the investors and the participants want. We might know that they are good or bad ICO after the project run for some months, and we can feel that they will turn to scam or not by getting involved in their project.

For Newbie How check Which bounty program is good or which one is Scammed and i have heard that many good ICO still not launching there coins
Newbie need to observe the factors: the project development team and the bounty campaign manager are trustworthy, the feedback of reputable members about ICO and most importantly it has a product. Most bad ICOs promise a lot but never launch anything.

I think ICO procedure is now become a myth nevertheless there are couple of project owners who still think that starting an ico is going to be successful idea well, good luck to them but the reality is crypto community prefers IEOs because this very suitable way to invest anyways it can be complicated for newbies to find a genuine project while there are lot of bad projects, they should only involve in the ieo/ico when they're fully satisfied with their research and the most important, believing on other persons advice doesn't give any guarantee of benefits so they have to be very careful before taking any step in this way.

Starting with your title, the rate at which bad ICOs were encountered was much when compared to good ICOs hence the reason all ICOs were seen as being fraudulent until proven otherwise. Secondly, about checking good bounty programs, it is more like checking the project itself because if the project is good then the bounty will be good as well. And to do this, you need to visit the project to understand more about the team and their experiences, you need to know if their use case is applicable or not, know their partners if any, activeness of their social media channels and most importantly the community is also good to look into. Also, there is every tendency that a good project might still end up not paying their bounty participants hence the reason why a good bounty manager is needed.

Any new ICO will require proper research cause there are very few ICO in this space lately. Most of the private campaign for ICOs are scam, the era is more of a private sale and exchange listing especially for highly rated projects, no assurance of the time for traders to purchase, this even make it difficult to rely on the price of the coin at market entry. We have seen more terrible dump this year with some new project and cant rule out the team's and investors dump.

Depend with roadmap and how tak care their promise during ICO running, will they listed coin at exchange on time or miss from their planning before ICO start selling, I found many ICO developer miss out their promise by delay listing on exchange and always make bad rule when trying for listing on market exchange.

For Newbie How check Which bounty program is good or which one is Scammed and i have heard that many good ICO still not launching there coins
There are many criteria to check if the bounty is good or not. One of that is the product they offer if it can solve real problem. Then the team, its important to have a transparent team and indicated their past works, having a previous successful project they handle is much better. A manager who will manage the bounty is an indication as well to know if the project is good because reputed manager wont manage a shady project.

At present it is very rare to find good ICO / IEO, on average they are a scam. If you are looking for a bounty project to follow, all you have to see is whether the token has been traded. Because at this time it is very difficult to find a newly born project, whose tokens have not yet been traded.
many bounty campaign already traded in market, no matter it have low volume and low price or not. bounty campaign from ICO project now very rare, most of them now launch IEO in exchanges, so investors trust increase because of this and scam possibility decrease alot.

It's not easy to determine what a good or bad ICO will be.
before yes but this year , many ico are now bad and its easy to tell   . no one wants to join a bad ico so people differentiate it already for others that are going to join .

First, go to their whitepaper. It should not look like a copy of another ICO.
You could contact some veterans in this field to pinpoint legitimacy. Especially those who have been reading a lot of whitepapers, someone with experience.
Take some time to look at the team too. Better if you could find a way to video call them.
video calling the team would be hard if your just an ordinary person .  legit checking the whitepaper is hard too but we dont also want to pay for someone to investigate it  . not to mention that takes time too

There had been a history of ICO created by students who used photos and information of their professors as the team behind the ICO.
this is interesting but this ico were also tagged as scam  ? or maybe this is one of thier projects for educational purpose only   .  they use others people pic because they are still young and ivestors will less likely believed on them  .

in the first place, i dont think investing in ICO is still worth these days. there may be few good projects, but i dont see any project worth investing as most of them have indefinite timeline of their goals. so if you are an investor, you have no idea when will your funds will get back or if ever it will ever get back!
so nope, dont waste your time for projects that have vague goals with unknown timelines...

TBH you would have to research the project on your own before joining them because there are loads of scam projects these days. Also, joining campaigns of reputable BM could help you.

Simply, if you want to know the scam project you can check in scam accusation board https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 there are some users who revealed the scam project that held bounty program in this forum.
but not all scam projects will be there, there are only scam projects from the beginning not the scam when the campaign ends, maybe the OP is asking for a campaign that guarantees to pay the hunter and really develop the project

If you are a newbie, it better for you to go to Beginners & Help before learning about how to find good ICO and participating in a bounty. Why do I suggest it to you? Because I was also the same as you in the past time, I really want to earn money from bounty without lending it first, and then I only focus on the bounty. This was false. I should learn it from the basics here, how to be a good member that can contribute well to this forum so that as one of the impacts, I could get the merits to rank up. However, it is only one of the impacts. the most important thing by learning from the Beginners & Help section is that you can find so much information about what to do as a newbie, how to rank up, rule, regulation in this forum, about the scam, and also important information about this forum and crypto world. So, never lazy to learn first. For, during reading, you can find a lot of information that you need and you can decide what to do next, which project to participate, and which one to avoid.

Second, during the time, when you have been giving more contribute in this forum, you don't only get the knowledge and ways to choose the legit bounty but also get your rank up. SO, you can participate in the legit bounty easily. You know, right now, there are many campaigns that are paid in BTC. You can also be one of the participants although there are many competitors. So, try your best.

ANd about the ICO, I think that ICO has been ended. If you are going to join a bounty, you must choose the projects that have an exchange for listing, IEO may be better to choose. But of course, analyze their projects, whitepaper, and also what exchanges they list.

Thanks alot for giving me a such valuable information and I will do my best and follow the rule and regulations of the form and learn from beginners section
