I personally have gone through a lot of bad and good things in the bounty program. Sometimes projects are successful in ICO but don't pay, there are also projects that really don't get funding. So many things I've felt, and until now I prefer projects that are already on the market. And support the project, so we can certainly see the project in terms of price and actual development.

For Newbie How check Which bounty program is good or which one is Scammed and i have heard that many good ICO still not launching there coins

Very interesting to discuss, there are many things that become a reference to check one of them in their wibe site, there are many things that you will get related to the work plan and team that they use. Follow it who has the exchange and duration is not long.
At least you can even mention one thing that you are thinking if that can be a good reference to check it. Some people have been suggesting him icodrop as the best source to get the latest ico but it's not for bounty and bctalk is the only best source to get it.

Do not waste time with the bounty of new projects at the present time, it is difficult for them to successfully raise funds and pay for the bounty hunter. Try to participate in the bounty of the projects listed at the exchange, you will have a higher chance to receive tokens and can sell them.
Projects that are already listed at major exchanges will usually earn very little, and I've noticed this for over a year. I think if you want to make a lot of money, it is best to participate in new projects, but before participating should evaluate that project many times before joining. Bounty campaigns are no longer the same as before, and if you choose a bad project then you will waste time working there.

Over the past year, successful ICOS can be listed on the fingers of one hand. Accordingly, there are also very few bounties that paid bounty hunters the tokens they earned. But even those tokens that bounty hunters received are usually impossible to sell, because they are not traded anywhere.

For 2020 I have not found a good ICO, most of which I found scams. Usually in choosing a good ICO, I pay attention
the developers team whether using real photos or not. Then I joined the ICO social media, if active means good.
And the last thing I noticed is that the bounty manager who handles the projects must have a good track record.

Could you please share me any site or any link where i found some good bounties that is listed in exchange or tell me how can i find?
It's better for you to visit the service discussion of altcoin and you will find someone who has been creating a thread about which is the bounty that has already listed on the exchange site and which is not.
It will help you a lot.

Although, it is difficult to get good ico now. Don't just search for scams icos. A lot of times even good icos go away with investors mone . So you have to do a lot of research to find out the good ico. Whether an ico will actually be successful depends on the idea, then comes the team member. Without a good team the project will not be successful in any way. From my own experience I have seen a well-known team play an important role in the success of ico.

There are some fraud/scam projects that look genuine, and you need to dig more information about them. Way back 2017-2018 scammers are attending blockchain conferences taking pictures with well-known individuals to promote their project. To minimized being scammed, review whitepaper, social media updates, the team is visible and not just stolen pictures. I only trust new projects that have a reputable partner or launches an IEO on top exchanges.

I realized after a long period that it doesn't really matter about the project at all. You can have two same projects, literally the same projects, and just give it to a good team and a bad team. Good one will prepare something amazing for the website, an original and a perfect whitepaper, they will do a great social media marketing and presence and keep contact with the public and community, hire people from all major languages in crypto world, get a roadmap going and they will definitely use all the funds they get from the investment towards making that roadmap a reality. You know what the bad one will do?

Basically all the same things except at the end they won't use it to make the funds into roadmap but only use it to make themselves richer and make a lot more profits.

Depend with roadmap and how tak care their promise during ICO running, will they listed coin at exchange on time or miss from their planning before ICO start selling, I found many ICO developer miss out their promise by delay listing on exchange and always make bad rule when trying for listing on market exchange.
The roadmap of a project can not be use to know if the ICO is good or bad because 97% of all ICO are scam which is the reason why IEO was launched as an alternative. Although, IEO or others initial offerings cant be use to justify a good project and what can be use to justify a good project is the level of the team dedication and confirming the genuine level of the project itself.

I prefer the professional bounty manager and a little analysis of the ICO both in terms of its activity and seeking information from Google and suggestions from members in the forum.

In my opinion, the basic thing to check for a good or bad reward program is to see a clear white paper, a clear team, and their cooperation must also be clear, and most importantly the manager who manages a gift program must be professional.
the manager is also important. but not completely the power of a project is feasible. many big managers also hold rotten projects. you certainly know. some projects have good teams and manage their campaigns. indeed riskier. but in the past, we saw several projects like that.

Joining ICO projects in 2020 is suicide, there is 90% chance that the ICO won't succeed because investors are not interested in ICO projects again since many scammers used ICO to scam many, if you want to join bounty projects make sure they are using IEO to raise funds

It's too difficult for you to choose an ICO at the moment, most projects are scams and just want to steal money from investors. If you participate in bounty, it is better to choose famous managers in this market such as Bubbalex, Bounty Detective ...
It's not so difficult at this moment dude and what you need to do to see the opportunity through use some reliable rating site like icodrop which has been giving a really nice profit anytime.
It can be reached easily when everyone can join in the trusted IEO.

Even if you have experience on finding ICOs there isn't really solid way on checking if that is THE ICO. So i'd suggest you to do your research check about their project what's it all about, Check their partnership, Their team. There's so many things to check when finding the right ICO. so just be patient.

This is always the risk with ICO you can make a lot of money or you can loose your money, it's sometimes also a matter of luck when a good looking project along with pretty good team might not give good returns because of God knows what reasons. So maybe you can try your luck with the underperforming coins that are already listed on the exchanges and all you need is a little time to do a proper research and when they hit their major milestones and that's when you can sell your coins.

To see the ICO that we can rely on and we can follow up to be able to get satisfactory results, the first we must see the whitepaper that corresponds to the project we are following and the more convincing they work with real companies usually such projects are very suitable for us to follow, hopefully my advice can help.
