We see alot of good news on altcoins, Governments and financial institution are into it. They want to create token On ETH smart contracts. This is the time we need to buy Ethereum.

I invested much in Ethereum because I think that it is the only Crypto which can break domination of Bitcoin. He well grows and constantly grows. I am still very happy with these investments. And now the price very low is a high time to buy so far.

I suggest you wait a little longer. because it will fall a little more this week. but then it will collect its value in a very short way. 
I believe ETH coin will continue to rise in value over the long term. With that being said, you might want to hold off for a couple days until the price comes down a little! Either way I am sure you would be happy with your results if you plan on buying and holding

I think this is not yet the right time to buy ethereum. buy bitcoin instead. even if you say that ethereum price is low, it might fall more if the price of bitcoin start to rise again.
It may better for you to analyze the market and then try to write your conclusion in here, Due to the EOS team was dumping a lot of ethereum from the crowdsale to the market, and then it makes a lot of people are following the downtrend of ethereum itself. I can say that EOS dump was making small fish feeling panic. That's why ethereum chart was even worst than bitcoin. But when bitcoin gets the same dump from mtgox trustees, and the chart was reversed.
Yes, for me it is a great day to buy Ethereum it will always be because they are the most successful altcoins, it is just for me though. But I usually buy Ethereum whenever the price is down so that I can have more and I can gain more whenever the value rises my holdings will also rises. And I also saw a lot of potential to it like the bitcoins before.And I also bought a little NEO, it is also a good coin.
In the short term, ETH may go down quite a bit. Right now it is trading at around 0.064 BTC per coin, which is a bit expensive in my opinion. I would rather wait until the exchange rates come down to somewhere between 0.04 BTC and 0.05 BTC, which looks like fair price for me.

Actually it's good time to buy ethereum. Because eth price is low now and this is the high time to buy more. So as much as we can we should buy ethereum. I think this the good opportunity for coin holders.

I think ETH will drop below $ 400 so you wait and buy at this time is most reasonable
Yesterday price was so low that I couldn't resist and I bought some.. I regret not having bought more.... but still now ETH price is very low !
