I think this is not the best time to invest in ICOs. The prices of coins after entering the exchange are much less than the price of the ICO. It seems to me that now it is better to focus on investing in the top 100 coins.

I am not sure about the chances of successful investment in the ICO. Seeing that the cryptocurrency situation is getting more volatile and slumping, I can't advise you to invest in ICO. Yea if you are buying the tokens when the price of eth is down then you are definitely getting more tokens for the price since they are valuing it against eth and not fiat currencies. It is actually better to buy coins this way. If you hold and the prices start doing well then you can get a lot of profit out of the tokens that you bought and you will be spending less to buy the coins.

I think its better to find first the good ICO before you invest because nowadays there are not worth it. And if you found a good ICO then invest when the price is dropping but since the current situation of the market is falling then it is the best time to invest, you can buy now because the price of coins are cheaper. But I recommend you should able to know when the right time to invest and when is not, its better to do it to your own while  believing to others opinion which sometimes is helpful.

That is the worts time for investing icos. There are too many coins which really low value because of bear market. I can advice to you buy some strong coins from binance. look the 5 may ath price. and do your research about next planned updates for these coins. if you can see there will be some big news coming about that project. buy these tokens instead of investing icos.
