You are right, due to that reason a lot of people are doing a panic thing and start asking some sort of questions if what if that price goes down because of that news, especially now that all over the internet there were news saying that twitter too is preparing to banned bitcoin.

See this is how powerful media is. Even though there's no final statement coming from twitter and there's no assurance that they are going to ban crypto ads still there are people who loves to spread fake news. This is a speculation that is possible or not to happen. News are totally one of the good and bad influencer of the market, there will be more good news then the market will start to become up again and when there are many bad news, expect a crash.

yah. this is sad things for cryptocurrency. many platform now banning crypto. i don't know why. but this is maybe can make the market going down and people want to join maybe they afraid because of this.

i dont think google banning bitcoin will affect its popularity because they will just give more curiousity to the people to know what really bitcoin is. they will become more interested and not knowing that they also using bitcoin already.

Why should bad day come for crypto because of some services denying to adv it?
I don't think there will be a great influence.
And maybe Google, Twitter, Facebook are just trying to sort out the great amount of scum ICOs?

A few years ago so many cryptocurrency already become good and successful ICO without taking advertisements in google of facebook the only advertise there ICO in riddit, slack,twitter, blogs, and here in this furom in signature campaigns but they got succefull now. I think this news have only a small impact in cryptocurrency industry.

yes, I agree. google will not stop bitcoin from gaining popularity by banning it in their site, infact they just give more interest on other to discover what is in bitcoin and why they banning it to their site, and by that people will have more interest on bitcoin.

Indeed, Google is one of the many places where you can advertise crypto. Like the FB ban, I don't think it'll have much of a consequence on ICOs or cryptos as a whole.

Google is nor a simple site/company in the world. It is serious in serious matters. Cryptocurrency is not a joke! Almost everyday new ICO advertised in it. Now by banning cryptocurrency everybody will experience hardship on prices. Crash will take place until there will be the time of fully recovered of crypto.

It's never a good thing when main stream bans something....it only pushes things underground and makes the market favour the scammy coins that dump more money on nothing but spamming other than legit projects.

Honestly, this is probably a good thing!

It will weed out the scam ICOs and the good ones will find a way to survive, market and differentiate themselves no matter what.

I dont think it will affect the market, because only some scam projects and so on are advertised in google and fishing sites. Normal icos are all selling in whitelists.

I saw the effect on the market when Facebook banned crypto ads. When Google did it more recently, once again we saw a negative impact on the crypto market. I do think it will rebound though, and if anything this should bring more attention to using other forms of web advertisement such as LinkedIn or Basic Attention Tokens.
