Investors are not so stupid to follow the obvious scam project but when you were asking them all directly and they will say they wanna try to make instant bucks from their money and that's why they were taking the super high risk project like ponzi finance project. You can't call them who created those scam ponzi as the developers but they are all scammers.

They know what they have already created and their intention to grab money.

Agreed. Users need to admit that what happened in 2017 was a one-time bubble. I have seen a lot of experienced people investing in over-priced and shady ICOs, despite their projections being very unrealistic. There is nothing wrong in investing in new projects. But first the investor should study whether the project is viable and also whether the valuation is correct.

Developers should stop taking investors as fools, you cooked your project up to your taste and everything seem fine enough but because you are too greedy and can't take your eye off DeFi success you decide to switch your project to DeFi. Seriously are investors stupid enough to go along with your obvious trick? To all developers who are doing this, it's a complete slap to your faces, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
I see this, since last week there have been many developers who switched themselves to the DeFi project, unfortunately they just took the name without implementing the DeFi concept itself. It's very sad for the growth of a new project if the developer behaves that way. Fine if the developer wants to create a Defi project but has to use the concept for project development, the current project defi condition is amazing. so please don't break the concept.

not all defi projects can generate much profit all need precision before investing it's the way I've been doing it so far if it can't do it you will experience a loss although defi is currently popular
Defi is currently popular and many are following the trend. But not all of them are profitable. Its up to us if we're going to ride on it despite the risk of losing our money.

Many projects do what they want, that's their right but they also have investors to respect. It seems like a lot of stupid project developers today. Investors should make their own projects rather than invest in obscure projects.
Some of them just want to create a shit project to scam other people who dont do their own research before investing. Well greedy investors usually fall into this trap.

Recently, I observed the DMM: Governance (DMG) project, I noticed that this project seems to attract too much investment money from everyone.
First, they sell DMM tokens through private and pre-sale, then they sell their ICOs and reap more than $ 2 million in sales.
The DMG code is only used for voting in DMMDAO. Also, the token DMG is not used for farming but must use ETH, USDT, USDK, and DAI to farming. Farmers will receive DMG tokens. Their interest rate is only 6.25%.
I am cautious that the provision of the DMG over the ICO is pointless as it only has voting functionality and has no other interests. As far as I understand they have benefited from ICOs and profits from client farming.

Never trust such project, their intention is to attract the buyer of their coin as many as possible.
Even without defi, a great project actually can attract new investors join into their project.
This is why we should do our own diligence, there are many scam projects created to steal people's money.

Well, unfortunately, some developers are doing this because of the fact that they know they could fish out some big investors to invest on them, then probably would leave that investor to create another project that would not branch off from their original idea. Its a totally dick move but its one of their ways to gain money.

At some point, people would really stop pointing fingers at them and just start to start chaos everywhere since that will be all the things that they will start seeing unless people would really step up to stop them by verifying their projects? (I guess)
The cycle is just going on, This kind of scheme is what happened to most of ICO projects before. We don't know if the project team and the developers that run away before from this scheme using ICO came back and being feeling lucky that a new born trend is here for them to gather money again.
Well, Some investors in DeFi projects are just there for profit share and the unfortunate ones (Investor with no idea what they are doing) who will most likely be the late one and the one who will lose some money. The unknowledgeable is always the loser in this ecosystem.

the reality is that most developers revolutionize their projects to make them look promising and attract market investment. Marketing like this is common in this industry, but as the crypto industry develops, developers can easily fool their victims including creating projects based on market trends, such as the current defi trend as a new tool for them to fool investors.

They are doing this because there are still stupid people ready to invest on such projects! But if someone follows there project from the beginning but they converting into defi just because they are seeing some defi projects are making huge profits then their reputation will be at stake for sure and they are not going to make anything by doing this.

It's perfectly normal for crypto developers to try and reinvent by switching to DeFi. Everyone wants to make money one way or the other so these developers are not left out. However, I'm surprised as not many devs have jumped on the DeFi craze. I still have over 500 different shitcoins I hold and only 1 so far moved to DeFi.

Since Defi is the new trend, I'm not surprised to see some age-long projects making DeFi announcements about their projects when it's not. It's just a bid to stay relevant in the fast-growing crypto space. I've seen a couple of projects not related to DeFi made the switch. This is something we'll see more and more in the near future as far as DeFi still remains the hottest trend in the space. More than 50% of old projects will try to add a DeFi ecosystem to their projects if they haven't already.

I won't put too much blame the developers trying to make their projects fit into the trend. If they don't, investors lose interest and pursue more DeFi newer projects. It's just how things are supposed to be.

There is nothing surprising in that, every smart person adopts to the market situation so as the developers of new projects are seeing super bullish defi projects so they are trying to modify and step into the defi side as well. As long as it is legit i have no problem with it rather it will be good for the project and their community.

Developers aren't the only one involved in the project and usually when they go Defi its the decision from their angel investors and other team members. DeFi is the new thing in crypto world and old alts don't want to be left behind and forgotten so they have to follow the market and technology trend. Choose wisely and if any project is jumping on DeFi just for the sake of it then may be you should adjust your portfolio to something that intents more than that.

It's an obvious fact that some developers are greedy and only concerned about making the most out of every opportunity. But I still believe that there are some who are selfless and genuinely concerned about the project development. They could even choose to include some Defi features into their tokens to make it more attractive to investors.
Any project has a lot of different roles and people involved in it.
Why developers get all of the hate for bad decisions made by several people.
Perhaps there were a lot of situations when innocent developer made decent project then came in market team with bad intentions and ruined the whole thing and scammed users along the way.

Have you received emails coming from Emirex they just launch their own DeFi features, they have done this to attract more users and investors to their side, they are opportunist for doing this, and they have not yet unlocked their bounty hunter's reward without guaranty when will they ever unlock it, so don't trust this kind of exchange.

some of them just switch their project to DeFi, I am bored of this DeFi coin or token, this decentralized make them easily turn into a scam
I think DeFi is a new project that is still good to follow and can certainly provide a lot of profit, depending on how you do the project, if you follow the movement you can make a profit, because the current DeFi project is full of support from investors and take advantage that.

It's not totally the developers fault for this because they are just doing their job.
People generally hire developers for their projects and so we can't blame them for their job.
It's the guys who hire those developers just to create a hyped up project to earn profits.
Those are the people to be blamed.

Why not talking at their self first before spitting it to the others. They are also greedy developers who never think about the benefits of everyone but just their own. That is why all their project never succeeds because of a reason and the reason that they are worthless. People blindly investing into their project for they believe that they true with their promises but it is very unfortunate that they end up just losing and developers never mind it.

Not all developers are greedy but we can't deny the fact that most developers would bring up their projects just to gain more opportunities. It is true that greed is everywhere especially in the crypto world but it's still our responsibility to choose the right and legit projects with good developers.
