I'm not asking you where you get them, but is there like a brand or something behind these lasers? Or just sorta generic 400mW?
Yes there is a brand, i can't tell what it is because you will find their company.
However, these are guaranteed laser power (you can test it) if it's not you can get a refund

Yeah - after I saw this thread I google'ed a little, these lasers are beasts!
I remember I had a 5 mW tube-based laser in 1996 when I was a kid, much fun - it could make a dot in the night 500 m away... lolz.
I modified it, so it could carry a AM signal, technically able to transmit a message, if anybody had a receiver.
Nothing compared to the one you sell in terms of power.

But the laser you are selling must be mili watt's (mW), not mega watt's (MW).
