Yes it comes with charger and rechargable battery, i can't give you exact time but it takes a while for it to die.

This is so cool. But in UK probably would be seized.
I live in UK, been caught many times. Just say you use it to point at stars, you will get away with it easily.

If the laser is damaged, defective, or has other quality issues where the item cannot be used for its intended purpose, i will issue you a replacement or a full refund.
I haven't tested these lasers and don't know if it will work for 400mw for 30 secs straight up, however i did have few viper lasers before 125mw which go for like 150-200$, but i can say that this is much better.

Sorry if this is obvious knowledge but a 400mw laser should have no trouble lighting matches/popping balloons EASILY right? By easily I mean <5 seconds, not holding it at a spot for 30 seconds.
It is not illegal to own high powered lasers in USA. It is however to import them from other countries if they do not comply to safety regulations for things like key interlocks and aperture shutters. (which this laser does seem to have)
it seems like it will be illegal to own on of these... can anyone link to specific us laws showing regulations on lasers.

Actually, I'm not sure if moderators can remove trust or if it is solely upto admins.
No mod will remove the trust , you can put trust on anybody's name for any weird or wrong reason , without getting it removed.
You need to contact the person who put the trust in the first place and ask him to remove it.
