why not? when we see a green on the chart , that is still a sign that a coin has recovered though we dont know if they will continue to grow or not . but the stability on cryptos are seem imposible to happen because cryptos are known to be a volatile type of currency . the market can increase and recover but it will never be stable , not unless they will be regulated by the banks and governments .

market is bullish for a long time already , therfor you cant just say that the bullish trend is only for short term . though i agree when say bitcoin can reach 10kusd , that said amount is still pretty low and bitcoin can definetly reach it just before we end this current year .

Speculation la are split in to two, there are no clear sign that this increase can hild and continue. We are still running the bear market uo to date, though if you manage to buy at the bed rocks of each altcoin by niw you should experience a significant growth.

Too early to rejoice and proclaim that the market will continue to go green or is there another dump. Very difficult to determine as it can go both ways. It is always best to biy at a low value and that is now. I would position my investment now and hodl before i get left out.

There is no good green market. But definitely, the green market come near the future... It will take a few times. So be patient. I saw, some people are scared of the current market condition. My advice is don't be afraid. That situation is a very normal situation in the crypto field. The 2018 year is a very bad year for altcoins. Nobody can predict the market. But I think this is the best time for all buyers and investors. I think you will never have this chance again. The green market coming soon. Be patient.
The green market is back and down, not trending so I think the market will recover by the end of 2018. So now is the opportunity for us to buy.
There is no best time for altcoins as one can not know this for certain. The market is too volatile and this is making it difficult to predict the market.
Buy from deep dips and average out your investments is a great strategy, i know many people bought btc at around 19k during last bull run so now they have to waitfor months to breakeven but if they buy the bottom they can average out much faster.
Yeah, invest when BTC was 19k it was not so smart for those who do that!Many investors assume that as the BTC changes, the BTC release level can also be changed.

Yes, now it is worth buying coins until the price starts to rise again. And I think there will not be a big drop in the price. 
We are currently at the dump phase market, apparently it is the right move to buy now if you are reading this so that in near future your invest will become benefitial.
It is interesting that our market for 3 weeks has been quite good and has been back blue. I think Bitcoin will be back to $ 7,000 by the end of August. ICOS Campaigns will become more alive when Bitcoin prices rise.
