Ill think the best time to buy altcoins if the market was falling down the price.
But must be choose wisely to those coins you'll buy just search some of them if they have a potential to increase value and you can earn some profit for it.

that would reveal a dump then it is necessary to look at the market in more details. but in general, if you look at the charts, many of the coins have shown a reversal pattern, and we can see growth in the coming months.

It's the same last week it pumps a little of percentage then dumps after a while everything is temporary so it may end the bearish market or continues it I don't know the exact answer as to when it will pump back to the all-time high promising price, the season of bear market is the best time to buy, chances to see some cheap altcoin and bitcoin the best thing to do if you do not have enough capital is t hold the remaining coins from the portfolio it is obvious that it will go for the bull.

My best guess is "ber" months are the beginning of more aggressive bullish run (just like 2017), so now is the best time to buy more coins you think are worth investing in. But surely there's no guarantee for that to really happen. You know how it is in cryptoworld, we can only predict and sometimes it's best to rely on your guts and see where it will lead you. Like the golden rule says, patience is a virtue.

I am sure that this green indicator of a trend of coins is the beginning of revival of coins. Though it it isn't so stable, but it gives us chance to buy and invest from large altcoins to a maximum. Just wait and observe and be convinced of it.

I do no think there will be any major or serious dump when it comes to the main coins, but for other altcoins, i have seen some fluctuations, where an altcoin will dump so much and when it rises, it rises with great dexterity. So, the main thing i think you can do is to investment into these altcoins.

Investing is a good thing to do, however the current behaviour of cryptocurrency is really appalling. This in turn makes it difficult to suggest to someone on investing into altcoins. All things being equal, this period is the ideal time to buy some altcoins now that the market is red but as to whether the market will turn green within the subsequent months is something we just have to hope for. This is because, the market rises and falls alternatively which is making prediction very difficult. You just have to invest with caution.

Indeed there is a common strategy is the season of the bear market is the best time to buy. It has been proven over the years that the crypto market will bounce back stronger after a series of declines. But I think this situation is different from the others so we have to take our decision at our own risk based on our own market research.
