At the moment I have to assume that you pulled off a classic BFL scam as you might understand.
I have to suspect that you were whether mining with my hardware or you waited to purchase it for a fraction to pull off more profit.

With the payment I've done my part of the agreement. Your part of the agreement was to ship the miners in March, not in the second half or April or so that they will arrive end of April due to easter holidays.
Since you failed to ship in time and I'm experiencing due to your failure serious financial damage, It's obvious that I'm asking you to compensate me.

My order #750 placed on 09-March still shows "Pending" on the site. When should I expect to see it shipped?
I received mine today. The shipment included a full set of power and data cables, which was nice.
It did not include a controller of any type. I wouldn't have minded having another Pi come with it, but I have a spare Pi already that I can use.
I'll be setting them up to mine later this evening.
Received rest of my order last Friday... no accessories included or in sight..

Sorry for the late reply on this some of the miners got held up in customs 60 units were shipped out there is still a few left which was held by customs which I got cleared up yesterday.

So if BTC had soared in value, you would demand nothing else than to be refunded in BTC?
My order is still "pending" status... Ordered March 10, order 760, when the first post indicated 120 out of 200 units ordered.
It took 5 business days for my order (from another company) shipped USPS Priority International from NY to arrive at my local post office.
This means my order here, shipped USPS international flat rate, will be sitting doing nothing for one month since it will most likely take longer than 5 business days. I fly out on Apr 15th and return May 14th (I already delayed it by two weeks since I was expecting all of my orders to arrive by now).
