would you be able to get Rx580 8gb cards to 900h/s, stable with low power consumption?

I have RX580 to (sapphire nitro +).
There bios are modded for ETH, and they give me ~30mhs in ETH.
But for XMR I can't get more than 600mhs !
What are important parameters to mod for increasing my XMR hashrate (GPU freq, MEM, timmig, ...) ?

I have simmilar problem with Sapphire RX580 8GB, no more than 670H/s on 1150/2150 -48mV in AB, some cards 1150/2175 -48mV in AB, more OC give memory errors
I try DAG fix drivers, ....
miners xmr-stak-amd, GG, Clamore 9.7 and also sgminer 5.5.5 - nothing helped
what windows version do you have ?
