Is this the official account for the site now or the previous one?. Maybe the image is a little bit big for the forum. Not sure if that's the reason but trying image hosting service may fix this slight problem. That's what I always do when I post an image that will show as error when posting the images even if it ends with .png, .jpeg or other image format. It takes longer to upload it on imgur even though my internet connection is fine. My guess is that the file size is a bit too big for the forum. Maybe the formate of the image os not supported by the forum try converting it to JPEG format.

Welcome to Bitcointalk forum. I agree that you should buy copper membership to be able to post images that will make your ann thread presentable to see. Does both site need KYC or not?. Since you said that one if it is licensed and the other one is not so, does the licensed one have list of restricted countries? Sharing the list would be helpful if there are countries that is restricted to gamble on your site. I visited the licensed gambling site and it seems my country is restricted to access it.

Try reuploading the image to imgur for example and try to post it here again and make sure that it ends with the image extension.
