My location is also restricted even if they have a good offer I would not even think of creating an account here, I wonder why they restrict my account majority of the casinos here are not restricting my location, this is one of the few casinos that restricts my location but will monitor this thread if many members also have their location restricted.

After this incident, I think you should find a way to make sure that users've read the promo terms and fully understand them. You can for example display the terms on a pop-up window and don't allow the user to subscribe to the promo until he clicks on an agree button.

Forfeiting the bonus balance when a user decides to unsubscribe from a promo doesn't make much sense, imo. It works totally in favour of the casino and it would become more fair if you start deducting bets from the bonus balance then the real balance.

Well, in terms of using the bonus (100% on the first deposit or 20% +10 free spins), so when using a subscription to the first option of the bonus, you need to have winnings equivalent to x25 of your deposit, whereas when subscribing to the second option, you need to have x5 of the deposit amount. But at the same time, there are also KYC requirements, the verification of which takes place within 7 days, and it seems to me that withdrawal will also not be available without passing KYC, it would be much more honest for users to be unable to make a deposit in the absence of a passed KYC instead of making a refund, especially since the casino does not assume free spins for new users.

Also, any wins the player has from the deposited and bonus funds is first credited to the bonus balance. We do try and highlight this in the conditions for the promo where it states "ANY bets made will be deducted from your real balance FIRST and any winnings derived will be credited to your BONUS balance."

I believe your issue has come about because if a player decides they don't want the promo and unsubscribe to it, although all funds in the real balance will remain, any funds in the bonus balance is forfeited. In the conditions we did put "Unsubscribing from this promo after placing any bet will result in funds in your BONUS balance being forfeited." I did apologise in a previous post as these conditions may not be obvious enough so we definitely need to work harder to make them more prominent so players don't feel they have had their money taken in any way and I apologise to you again if it seems like that's what has happened.




I believe the message being displayed is because, when you subscribe to a bonus there is a requirement to wager the amount of the bonus a certain multiple (1x, 10x, 25x etc). Once you fulfil that condition all the money in your bonus balance will be moved to your real money balance where you are able to withdraw it. Your dashboard shows you the progress of your wagering. For some bonuses you can also choose to make a deposit (minimum 10€) and the bonus funds will go straight to your real balance without the need for wagering. I think that's why you got that message from customer support you mentioned in the above post talking about depositing more. Clearly our support staff require further training too to give more clarity.

Again I do wish to apologise for what you have gone through and I am very thankful for your feedback which I will most definitely use to improve our site and services so others hopefully have a more positive experience.

Hi Ulven, yes this is most likely what happened. If you subscribe to the freespins and then signup you and use the freespins and win. The winnings go to your bonus balance in your account which can be seen in the dashboard.

There is a wagering requirement which is only 1x of the bonus and we have no minimum or maximum. Once you fulfill that, then the bonus amount moves to your real balance for you to play or withdraw as you wish. This 1x wagering is stated on the bonus when you subscribe (click the 'i' symbol top right). Sorry it's probably not prominent enough so you may have likely missed it. I apologise for this and we will try and find a way to make the conditions more obvious without too much clutter to try and prevent this from happening again. In that 'i' are the various conditions including one which states "Unsubscribing from this promo after placing any bet will result in funds in your BONUS balance being forfeited."

Again, sorry if the terms and conditions were not clearly highlighted enough, will work on trying to resolve this.

Hi AmoreJaz, thanks for trying to visit GXGBet.com, sad to hear you weren't able to, would have really liked to hear your opinions on it. Clearly, country restriction is a big one, hahaha. Yes, we do have a gaming licence so that's why the country restrictions are happening and you're totally right, it is really hindering gaining new potential players and frustrating many of the members here. Trying to see what, if anything, can be done about this.

The only major setback I have seen with this site is the fact that some regions are restricted and that will be a big setback for the casino since their still new in the market and need to build a large community base, and also since there are restrictions there will possibly be a need for KYC at some point so I will advise not to use VPN on the site in case problem arise in the future and you need to submit some documents.

I think it's because the gxgbet have license that's why they require basic KYC as stated by gxgbet while gxgcoin does not have license so it does not require any KYC. I can't access the gxgbet.com due to being one of the coin that is restricted and gxgcoin.io is accessible to me. I agree that it is much better if there's no KYC needed as it is what most people wanted. Even some known gambling sites may ask for KYC if they found your account being suspicious.
