Thank you Wiwo for the welcome and your insights so far in this thread have been much appreciated. Really hope you manage to check out both our GXGBet.com and GXGCoin.io sites. Any feedback would be most welcomed. Good luck!
So if you are not limited when you visit the site and create your account, you should still pay attention on the games you want to play. Copy and paste game name for searching in Terms and conditions.
From point 6.1, KYC is mandatory at GXGBet.om if I understand the writing accurately enough.
When you sign up for a new account we check that you are over 18 and we verify that you are who you say you are, (a process called Know Your Customer ‘KYC’). It’s part and parcel of gambling responsibly, and something that the law requires us to do.
GXGBet team,
In case I successfully create my account, does your site have mechanism to give me warning if I click on and want to bet with a game that is restricted in my location (according to Terms & conditions). I think it is sometime hard to remember it and sometimes user does not search for restricted location for a game they want to play.
Hi tranthidung, thanks for your comments and actually taking the time to comb through our T&C's. To answer your question, yes, the site has in fact two mechanisms for restricting users based on their location. The first is that you will see some particular games are blocked depending on which country you are accessing from meaning the user will in fact receive a warning and will not actually be able to play that particular game.
The second mechanism is that when searching, depending on which country a player is accessing from, different providers are actually presented whilst others are not displayed. This hopefully removes the need to manually check the games you want to play. As you rightly point out very few players take the time to search the game they intend on playing so with these mechanisms in place, they won't need to. Hope this helps answer your query and thanks for clarifying things for other community members in this forum. Thanks again!
I'm having trouble visiting your website, maybe because of my location. I can't visit your website even after trying a lot. However, seeing everyone's positive reviews, I also hope that joining your website will be a good experience.
Hey ScamViruS, thanks for the welcome message. The page you're seeing I believe is actually caused by slow loading because if you were accessing from a restricted country, then you would see a warning page instead informing you and you would not be able to proceed further. We have resolved some of the slower loading pages and gone through to optimise various images on but its still a work in progress as we try to reduce the page sizes and speed of the platforms so our valuable players spend less time waiting and more time enjoying the site.
I do hope you have a good experience on the site when you manage to access and look forward to any feedback you have. Thanks!
Check out https://www.gxgbet.com/ru/contacts/terms-and-conditions and you will see that there is a huge list of limited countries, in some you cannot view the site, in others access to the site is possible but registration is not available, in some countries individual slots or online casino video content are not available.
So sad to hear the site in unavailable in your country Daltonik, and you have been such an avid contributor to this thread. Can I just ask, are you accessing from Russia? Also, you mentioned mentioned similar casinos you are able to access, do you know if they are also holding a licence from Curacao? Let me know only if you have time. Just that I noted another member also mentioned he was able to access a site holding the same licence but not able to access GXGBet which I found odd and would hopefully like to get to the bottom of. Thanks so much again for your feedback.
Forfeiting the bonus balance when a user decides to unsubscribe from a promo doesn't make much sense, imo. It works totally in favour of the casino and it would become more fair if you start deducting bets from the bonus balance then the real balance.
Hi khaled0111, totally understand your concerns and I agree, from a players perspective the forfeit of a bonus balance when a user unsubscribes may seem unfair as does deducting bets from real balance first prior to deducting from the bonus balance. I did do a bit of research though and found a number of online sites with some similarities in their T&C's:
Trusteddice: 4.2 If an account contains both the Virtual Funds and bonus funds, the bonus funds will only be available for wagering once the existing Virtual Funds have been used. Before fulfilling the bonus turnover conditions if you transfer or withdraw the main deposit amount, bonus funds and all winnings from this bonus will be forfeited. (trustdice.win/terms)
Roobet: Please be aware that forfeiting the bonus before the wagering requirement have been met will result in all the Roobidos being lost, including the initial deposit and the bonus Roobidos received through the Reload Bonus event. (roobet.com/termsandconditions)
Sportsbet: 12.8 We may insist that you bet a certain amount of your own deposit before you can bet with any free/bonus funds we credit to your account.
12.9 If you opt to make a withdrawal before the applicable wagering requirements are fulfilled, we will deduct the whole bonus amount as well as any winnings connected with the use of the bonus amounts before approving any withdrawal. (sportsbet.io/en/help-centre/help-other/help-other-terms-and-conditions/general-terms-conditions)
Riobet: Appendix 4. You can cancel the bonus at any time. In this case the bonus amount and the winning amount will be forfeit. (riobet.com/en/rules/info.bonus.policynew)
In any case, I understand these concerns and have raised them with our team. We will now be looking carefully at the way in which winnings from accounts with bonus funds are handled and rather than all the winnings going to the bonus account, have them split to the real balance AND the bonus balance in a percentage that is indicative of the way in which the real funds and bonus were deposited initially. Meaning if you deposited $100 and received a bonus of $100. When you win, the GXGBet.com site would credit half the winnings to your real balance (which can be withdrawn anytime) and half to your bonus balance. We will start testing this and update again here. Thanks so much for your valuable input in trying to improve our site khaled0111.
