It's sad how some casinos fail prematurely. What I understand is that some scam casinos decides from beginning that they are coming into the industry to scam and run, when they enter, they execute their plans as written down, unless they are bursted very fast. While some scam casinos initially did not plan to scam but things went out of hand during operation.
But in later case, if there is no representative available to explain things to gamblers it because a red alert too. It is important to have an online personality for business.

They twice canceled my withdrawal without explanation. There are three complaints about this casino on casino.guru. @jayne169 on telegram is their manager or used to be, but she ignores me.
They had withdrawn funds to me several times before this situation, but this time I doubt that I will get anything.

GXGBet is a nice site, and the site features are okay. But the issue is their campaign strategy. One week is not enough to gather more customers to cause traffic on the site. Because in any business, the company or the organization needs more customers to patronize the company products, and as a crypto casino site, they users to cause traffic on the platform.
I don't think you understood. This was only a test campaign for a week, and, as the manager explained, the campaign didn't ended, but only paused.
I am sure GXGBet understands that they won't see the full effect of the campaign right away, so it is better to let it run for a longer period of time in order to maximize its effectiveness.
