Maybe we better not prioritize luck, but hard work is more likely to make a profit than just relying on luck.
We don't want luck we want to get paid for hardworking ,bounty that was once about how hardworking has now turn to 'how lucky you are' ,something must be done about this ,any ideas??? I remembered when I was in college, it's not about how smart/hardworking the students are, but who is your prof in a particular subject. You misjudged. I think hard workers have a lot of opportunities or luck from what they have done before, crypto has a lot of space so that it can increase profits from high ability and confidence. luck always sided with someone who was patient in any situation in the crypto market.

Well i guess during the hard work nobody wanted to be in your place till you gained success. Like always.... 
I will tell you this forum is really popular, but I also have a number of other informative forums, but the availability of the project on this forum does not guarantee that the project is not fraudulent.
I think we should be work smart and not work hard,if this happen we have a big chance to earn and gain,wether if its joining bounty or investing/trading, always take a research and be active at all.
In this current situation hardworking doesn't pay off with bounty hunters it's been long since i get a good bounty payment most are worth less tokens and some have very little value. I just wish luck gets on my side to have a better payment doing bounties.
i also hope to have good luck now, in the past few months i have not been so lucky because i did not get a good payment from the results of my hard work.i will not stop working hard, because i am sure if i keep trying to work better, in the future good things will come to me soon.

I couldn't agree more with you! Hardworking is quite important. Actually, essential, to be a bounty hunter, otherwise you don't get paid ever.

I also join a bounty last year and was active for over 4 months and still didn't get paid for, the manager say they will pay after ICO and ICO will be next month i think, i'm not sure, but possible that work for months was for nothing.

It's hard to have a 100% guarantee, BCTalk is just an intermediary, so that projects can be announced to investors. They cannot screen 100% of scam projects. This must be discovered by investors.
While working hard, you also need to be very smart in order to obtain a good result. Being smart in the sense that you should work in the line f doing good research for teh purpose of not falling victim of scam projects.

Thought only me who think if pick bounty is need luck and sometime it not get paid or token don't have value in market. That is why we should do all bounty campaign like join article bounty or social media.

Yes, maybe this is the worst because it works hard for 2 to 3 months and even stretches longer. And in the end, it produces nothing. Of course, we are very disappointed with the situation and we really need luck. But this does not make me give up because I'm sure if the opportunity for success is still wide open.
sometimes it doesn't work, people who have worked hard follow various Bounty programs or whatever they do but the results are not in accordance with their hard work and only luck for us all and if they get that luck.

Yes we are lucky that we are here in crypto and earn some rewards, but of course we will get a good reward if we find a good campaign or projects that really exist and great team. It's important that we find a good product or projects so we have assurance that we can earn. Among thousands of new projects, sometimes your efforts is also just zero. Your reward will depend on the project that you participated and it is true to what you said, see how lucky you are
At first i don't think of the rewards i just do my bounty task becuase i know when it hits exchange. The price won't just go high in an instant. It depends on the team on how will they deliver a good working product. I just do bounty and believe that the project will survive at the end.
