everyone makes mistakes and you just need to keep moving on and stop thinking how bad they did. it will not lead you to a good result
we only need to think positively, where our thoughts can make us feel better. now maybe we are a lot of loss and certainly feel upset, but a good choice is to keep positive thinking.
positive thinking will make you take longer to hold it, but the question is do you hold a good potential coin? if you hold an altcoin that is weak, your positive thoughts will not be useful, hardwork is used to good analyze and keep learning

You have raised a burning issue to be addressed at the earliest. Yes there is no doubt that there are scammers in the crypto market, affecting traders, bounty hunters and even genuine projects. Apart from authorities, we bounty hunters and traders can make some efforts in checking it. For instance, if we notice some scams we must be active and report. Likewise, bounty managers are more aware of scams. So they can also play their role. We we become active, we need not to depend on luck. Our hard work will pay off.

If it's about bounties, I think it's a combination of hardwork, smart work and luck.
A hunter working his butt off on a shit project will end up getting zilch reward at the end of the day.
So it takes luck to see a good bounty projects and it takes hardwork and smart work to earn good.

Well its always a gamble when it comes to bounties, you can win big or waste your time and work. Its just a nature of this segment of crypto, there is nothing that can be done to change this except doing your own due diligence.

We don't want luck we want to get paid for hardworking ,bounty that was once about how hardworking has now turn to 'how lucky you are' ,something must be done about this ,any ideas??? Since all devs makes use of Bitcointalk forum to advertise and draw people attention bitcointalk will Be the easiest strong wall standing between scammers and investors

I am completely agree,  at first people used to get less pay for the bountys. But now as now thr bountys are paying much more compared to previous pay rates,  it has now become a completely a lottery system.
You need to be lucky enough and fast in order to get into the bounty and earn some couple of bucks.
If you see here in bitcointalk,  then there is strict regulations to get part into a campaign,  like have some decent amount of merits.
Hope the things will change gradually.

Every form of success has an element of luck in it, if it is about hard work alone, truck pushers, construction workers and general laborers should be the richest. Sometimes the projects with less attention and hype are the most rewarding. As a bounty hunter, apart from your hardwork, you largely depend on luck to succeed.

I feel you and you're right. Its really heartbreaking after working for them for months taking your money by internet connection and time and yet they turned out to just a scam. What's worst is that they have you connected a KYC.

However, the situation is really different, most likely even ICOs with great reviews fail, only few succeed and only few bounties are paying. That is why, all depends on luck nowadays. Sad to say, bounty hunting is not as profitable as how it was.
We have to work for something to happen, be it a job or any other forms of tasks. Hardwork teaches discipline, it helps us gain experience and discover many new things. Bad and good experiences enable us to think smartly to solve a critical problem towards success. It takes commitment and perseverance. Our reward will be in exact proportion to our contribution, our service. Speaking of Bounty campaign, we still need to also be vigilant and careful to what we are dealing in life because there have been fraudulent activities circulating around waiting for us to be victimized. We have to make safety as our topmost priority so our hardwork will be paid off.

Yes. I agree with you. No matter how hardworking you are, if you accidentally joined a scam project your hardwork is just a waste. Your hardwork matters only if you got lucky to involved in a legit project.

You are wrong mister, most times you need luck, even if you are so sure that the project you want to promote  is real that doesn't mean it will survive, I think we can't do anything  without luck, luck has its part to play no matter how hardworking we are

Diligence in any case should be paid and if today it is not paid, then you understand that it is very terrible in spite of everything that is already taking place. In any case, the payment should not keep you waiting.

Bitcointalk is very large and many people from various countries are here. So that it will have a positive and negative impact. In this forum, of course there are many opportunities to make money and you also have to be more careful in doing work. By continuing to work hard and believe in your research, I think one day it will be able to generate big profits.

Both luck and hardwork are needed sometimes after so many hardwork for a project it turns out to be a scam project and sometimes you do a very little work and the project becomes very successful and your rewards are very valuable.

You should be more careful when choosing the projects to work for.

Most of the time I got paid for the work I performed as a bounty hunter, but I always do a lot of research and read all the information I find on Internet about these projects before I jump in.

yes, creating a new project to become popular through this forum is a tough job, because we are required to attract investors and also the community to help the success of the new project.

Bounty hunters are no longer needed in this business. Now that we have IEO, the exchange acts as a guarantor of the reliability of the project and at the same time advertises it. Why fake subscribers or comments from bounty hunters when the project will have a real community of holders and supporters of the project.
