I'm not really moved with the word called "luck". I believe having to work hard in different projects makes a lot of gain. When luck comes, it's good to embrace it, but luck does not come every time. But when you work hard into a particular project, there's always a particular reward coming your way.
Practically truth that hard work pays off, but the story today has taken a different dimension actually. After someone must spent time, energy and all for a project, you only wake to see, project teams have either ran off or listing on an exchange may become a big problem.
that's happen on most of projects now.and our effort working in bounty campaign or as investors will be vain.we got nothing and even we loss our money due to this case. 
I believe that hard work will always pay off, no matter how long we were waiting for the time to receive the payment.

Hardworking pays, i don't believe in the superstition of luck. When you work harder, your luck blinks. Not when you are lazy and you tends to use luck. It's impossible.

If you're talking about getting returns via bounty, you do have a point that you'll be needing luck. Unless you study and check on the legitimacy of the project before doing any bounty tasks to see if it has potential, that's gonna be half luck, half of you believing in the project. Beside hardworking, when we join in bounty campaign, we should make research first about the project. Its like we are making investment because its about scam project or not. If we join in scam project, our hardwork will not paid

Yes, if we always work hard in any case, surely we will find the best results. And right what you say that we should not believe in superstition, we must believe in this fact, that working hard will produce something big. 
True words and I remember the wise idea: Hard working beats the talent. Sooner or later the hard work will be smarter with the experience and dedication. Luck is part of the game but it can't beat the smart work.
