in this industry it is difficult to get good profits without luck, we realize many projects scam there and when we are not careful about everything that is done, while on the other hand we have worked hard but it turns out the project is a scam then we are not lucky in the end
Sure. I believe hatdwork is the key to success in life and in any investment Perseverance is another key factor here. As I said cryptocurrency is risky. You can lose or earn so keep on moving. Don't quit when things go bad
Luck works to a certain degree in all fields but it is not something to rely on to make progress in whatever is being done. The same principle applies to crypto investment. Investors are required to work hard and on to depend on luck alone in order to identify the right coins to invest.

Yeah I guess so, we have a dedicated section about scam ICO and projects and that section is a big help for newbies and investors, I always visit that section and search if the one I'm interested to promote is listed on that section or if there is a legit report about that project.
Not all ICO investors have accounts in forums but indeed this forum helps us to avoid ICO fraud.
Making good Analysis and doing research will certainly give us profits, so also when participating in a bounty if we want to get a good project and get reward from our work
If you really sit in your room idle all day and do not work, trust me, you will starve and starve till your family members come for your rotten body in your room. There is a price to pay for being hard working and there is a price to pay sitting idle and hoping for luck which will never come.
You should always work hard to achieve your goals and there is nothing about luck there. Work hard and you will get your benefits, but do not expect that you will invest in one coin and become a millionaire over night.

That may be true for many sectors. But when it comes to cryptocurrency, luck is as important as hard working.
As the saying goes, luck favors the prepared, there are many things you could do to increase your chances.
Rather than working hard, you should work smart, smart not in the sense of cheating others or creating a scam but to use the available resources in your favor.
There is no evaluation of work done in the present world. For those who work hard, they do not get proper evaluation. However, those who work by using the brain or intellectuals must be successful in all areas. Therefore, we have to work with our talent.
if you want to be paid from a bounty then you must be able to choose a real campaign. my idea is that you choose bounty that pays with ethereum or bitcoin per post. but it's very difficult to find such a bounty.

Every hardwork would be paid off just find a right one I don't believe in luck I believe on his will, if it is for you then it was for you, as you can see many platform now was scam so be wise on choosing a project so that your hardwork would not be wasted or else find another than bounty that it will became a source of income.
Unfortunately, Bounties are not as profitable today as, lets say, a year ago. One of the ways to get a guaranteed profit is to participate in campaigns with payments in tradable coins or in BTC / ETH.
I think if you want to work hard to get paid for me, you can also choose a good project, so the project you follow will also pay you, because now there are many scam projects.
I can literally feel your problem, along with OP's.
But to be honest, you are the ones liable for these kind of situations.
So first of all why did you guys fell for a fake and scam projects.
You need to be careful before doing hard work for them.
So choose the good ones wisely.
It's only you who can make yourself happy.

Bounties from ICOs way back 2017 are really good. They distribute bounty right after ICO ends and few weeks become listed on exchange. Now most of them are scam, they delay the bounty distribution for a month or so then when listed on an exchange your bounties worth only few cents.

That is how it suppose to be but reverse is the case, hardwork doesn't pay sometimes but luck, you can work on a particular bounty for several month and earn nothing when it ends of which tou can work on another within a limited time and earn big. 
Many of us is doing double hard works and effors in the project that we are promoting but probably we don't get any good benefits and that's what I see new projects now they can't give us profits and can't give us good rewards and I am looking for a bounty that pays eth or btc because this kind of project is really worthy.
There's nothing called luck here. If you have good experience on this space and know how to find a good project, you are okay to get a good bounty. In addition, market is quite bearish, so expecting something like 2017 is a total foolish.
ICO which is not like that year is also a big influence why there are currently many participants who don't get big results or many are disappointed because they don't get payment. 
I don't believe in luck. We make our own destiny. Our future depends on the decisions that we make today. The outcome of our future is literally in our hands. Luck has nothing to do with it. So yes, hard work pays, not luck. If we do things right and we get great results, that's because of our determination to succeed and not purely because of luck. If we came across a great opportunity, that's not luck. It only means that we did something to cross path with that opportunity. By the way, I'd rather be blessed than lucky...
Success it a combination of both, it means when opportunity comes with preparedness, opportunity comes by luck and preparedness is the hardwork that is required to fit into an opportunity. There is a little element of luck in every success. None of knows what will happen next but we work hard hoping to get paid by our efforts.
Its not always about hardwork. At times you can work hard but the project will turn out to be scam. It all depends on the project you participate in, if you get a good project, you will get good rewards.
