Interesting.. the West coast got an email before we did here in phili... are they printing out the packets and 'shipping' them?

They are sending the emails in batches of ~100 alphabetically. I know this because they used the To... field instead of the BCC... field and I now know all of the C-G email addresses of their customers.

Well if that is the case that would explain why I got the e-mail so early. My name starts with an "A" - first name at least. Yeah I would expect them to use some sort of mailing list system - autoresponder etc.

Well that explains the eligius mining. They are probably using those rev1 modules.

They will not update the ToS to scam their customers, their marketing dep doesn't come right out of the porn industry, they will do what they can not to screw them, etc.
