First sorry for my bad england Smiley
I have  a problem with dual mining. I have 6x MSI RX 570 Armor 4G and i get totaly 170 mh/s and its keep going stable. When i tried to dual mining its going to about 140 mh/s. While im watching always 1 GPU decrease its mh/s and its always changing all of the gpus not just 1 GPU.
And also i have 5x MSI RX 570 Gaming 4G this machine working stable while dual mining. There is only 1 different between the machines i didnt update ethos the latest update because i want to use auto fan option.

Using a custom/modded bios?  Which one?  You're most likely hitting the power limit/voltage limit.

Anyways for the current BIOS you need to decrease the -dcri parameter in claymore config.txt or command line argument.  You may use + or - on keyboard numpad to determine the best value for -dcri on the fly while mining to determine the best 2nd coin mining hashrate without impacting on Eth hashrate.  Good luck

Thanks for your answer. Im using anoraks/oc bios. Im gonna try decrease -dcri parameter. BTW should i try without anoraks modes.

Anoraks bios are alright.  (provided you flash the correct bios for your gpu).  I am guesstimating in your case a -dcri value between 13 to 17 should be fine.

Hi;

I have 6pcs MSI RX570 4GB GAMING X (Elpida) and mining ETH+DCR. Stock, I got 23.5 and with OC I have 24.5. After trying all kind of possible MODS

1:1500 strap to 1:2000 only
1:1750 strap to 1:2000 only
2:1500 strap to 2:2000 only
2:1750 strap to 2:2000 only
1:1500 strap to 1:2000 and 2:1500 strap to 2:2000
1:1750 strap to 1:2000 and 2:1750 strap to 2:2000

Best result I can get 26.2 stable with 1180 - 1990 OC setting.

Simple Mining OS
Asrock BTC + PRO
i3 6100
8GB DDR4
2X 750Watt PSU

I see in many forums people go for 1100-2040 however as soon as I get close to 2000 with memory speed cards are not stable anymore nad 2000 and over they stop working.

Also tried Sapphire Nitro RX580 8GB and It seems ok with going over 2000 memory clock. Tried 1280-2199 I got 28MHS +750 for DCR

What do you think is the problem is?

Not all cards do above 2000 stable (with 1500 strap mods).  I have couple of MSI RX 570 Gaming X that do 1900-1950.  Higher than that they give out memory errors.  I have an MSI RX 570 armor OC that does 2040.  However, the ones that do 1900-1950 also hash at 27.5-28 Mh/s.  None of my cards are below 27 Mh/s even at 1900 Mhz memory frequency.

Also in my experience 1040/1075 Mhz on core and 1900/1950 Mhz works fine for most of the rx 570 gaming x cards I have.  I get very less hash-rate improvements over 1140 MHz while keeping the memory frequencies below 2000 Mhz without increasing the power consumption considerably.  So it wasn't worthwhile.

This is for solo mining.  For dual mining the core frequency helps but also increases the power consumption so have to tweak those too.  Right now mine are set at TDP 100 and Max power of 120 with core/mem voltages lowered too.

Hi, this is my case https://imgur.com/a/I1KnI (ethos)
I got 6 Rx 570 4gb Sapphire Nitro+. 1 of them is Hynix, the rest are Elpidia. I'm dual mining: ETH + SIA. For SIA I'm getting 469 each.
I'm wondering. My last gpu (hynix) is somehow undervolted as you can see. I have no idea how because I forgot the original BIOS file. It is much cooler than the other cards. I'm happy with the hashrate less than 1 from the others.
My questions are: is it safe to get it undervolted? If yes, how can I do to the others?
Please check my mem and cor also and please let me know if you see something wrong. I would like to say that I'm using 2 table fans to help it get cool. Please advice me methods to keep it cool and downgrade the hashrate if necessary.
Thank you very much.

Under volting is safe and helps to reduce power consumption.  You might run into stability issues if you have undervolted a lot.  That said undervolting shouldn't reduce your hashrate.  It might be that you've that particular card running in a lower clocked state.  there are 8 clock states or so iirc for amd gpu's

I'm not sure what you're trying to say... If you undervolt your GPU you're surely LESS likely to burn it... Then it's just about finding the right mix of lowest timings and highest clocks that will maximise your hashrate... You're only really putting extra strain on your hardware if you give it more juice. I've never seen a GPU fail from undervolting (or pure overclocking for that matter).

as for 470 570 and 580

470 and 480 produce better hashrate than 570
but it will all rely much on the memory and manufacturer
if its sapphire 470 it will take u to 28-29 respectively
570 sapphire not that much as for my own experience
580 will rely much on memory but hynix can be push to 29mhz without shutting down and stable\
for modding you can email me or contact me i can help you,
What? RX 580 Hynix can do 32MH/s, well not every card, but 30MH/s with almost all of them, I would say Wolf0 can push it even more. RX 470/570 29-30MH/s is almost no problem. Depends on exact Hynix memory type and quality.

Have you not read my statement? it depends,
and yes you can push cards but its not recommended you just letting the device burn
you dont push equipment to the limits, its already given to much is bad, also electricty will drag you
next time ready carefully

I see that by now it has become a fashion to ask for money, btc, eth, to share a bios with the community, the man and the greedy, poor world

 Angry Angry Angry Angry
Just get the Polaris 1.6 fork and save your Eth
https://github.com/jaschaknack/PolarisBiosEditor
It detects your card memory and applies optimal timings for your card, better then just copying straps down from 1500. Also make sure to back up your Rom as always.

I get from my Nitro+ 4GB RX570 /Hynix) max 30,5Mh/s out at 120W at the wall. Used the Ubermix 3.1 strap copied from 1650 up. Undervoltage at 860mV both. Clock at 2070mem/1160GPU. That's it.

Same here and i'm on simpleMining OS too with 25.8 MH/s per cards.

What bios setting did you use finally ?

Maybe we can't get more now, with the new DAG file gettings bigger and bigger

The new AMD blockchain driver solves the DAG file growth problem.

Hi everyone, newbie here, i really need some help

GPU: MSI RX570 Gaming X 4GB, Hynix vram

Using official AMD blockchain aug 23 drivers
MSI afterburner beta 15
BIOS Modded, copied 2:1500 strap to above, did not change 1:xxxx straps

I could get 24.9 mh/s for ETH after BIOS MOD
however I could not get to 28mh/s or above Huh Huh
I tried overclocking in MSI AB, increased the memory clock from 1750mhz to 2000mhz, but the hashing rate actually dropped from 25mh/s to 24.8mh/s Huh Huh Huh

any help is greatly appreciated!!
With this kind of bios mod you won't be able to increase hashrate much. You need custom performance timing. You can search some of them.
I've post where to find performance timing for Samsung:

I have a Sapphire 570 Pulse with 4 GB Hynix memory running the latest AMD driver and the memory strap mod and get 27 Mh/s (core clock and 2000 memory NO undervolting (electricity is included in my rent Smiley )).  Has anyone tried this card with the new AMD "mining" driver?  If so did you compare the stock memory timings with moded ones?
It can do 30.

30 wow, ok I will have to spend some time playing with it.  I just noticed I am running Claymore V9.6 so will change to a newer version.  Not sure if that will make a difference or not.

Just upgraded Claymore from v9.6 to v9.8 using exactly the same vanilla bat file and it's about the same hash rate (actually 26.8-26.9 but there might be some default settings for things like intensity that may need to changed).

Needs better timings, is what he means.

Using the Polaris BIOS editor I copied the 1500Mhz timing value to all the higher timings (there are timings "one" and timings "two" settings and the hex timing value is different for each so I used the different 1500 setting for each.  Is that right or should I use the same one for both?  Could I try using the 1425 or even 1375 Mhz timings or is that pushing it too far?

Can do more than that!
With your magic Cheesy I can do it max around 31, but with bad power consumption. 30MH/s with good undervolting. 32+ with power saving I can do only with 8GB Hynix.
