There is still a lot of legitimate airdrops in the cryptocurrency communities and different platforms and you could always get into that when you feel like it and some of it is free.

The problem in an airdrop is you just don't know when it will come or drop so most of the time people just miss it, also there is some airdrop that has a lot of requirement or task, there are also some that need some staking in order to join the airdrop as well.

Most of the airdrops these days are scams, but there are still legitimate airdrops but they not free these days since you need to finish a task but they pay out a good amount most of the time.

and from my personal experience, don't trust Telegram groups that share airdrops, as most of them are fake, and people are just promoting their scams, some of them even share a legit airdrop but they make their own Telegram bot and then use your own data to submit on that airdrop, like if you need to follow that project in twitter and join their telegram groups and you then have to send your username, they're gonna use that and submit their own address in the legit airdrop bot.

you are right, there are still many legitimate airdrops even though most of them are promising. Airdrops that are quite popular lately are airdrops from the solana network, namely cope, rope, future, etc. which provide many benefits for the participants. By utilizing the effectiveness of discord, the participant data collection and distribution process becomes more effective.

I am also more selective in choosing airdrops because more and more fraudsters are entering. my advice, do a recheck on airdrop which requires you to connect the wallet to a platform.

Airdrops are no longer interesting. airdrops are nothing more than deceiving people. they enjoy wasting people's time and cheating. You cannot receive any more news from the airdrop you have joined with enthusiasm. There were very nice airdrops in 2017-2018. At that time, these airdrops enabled us to earn very good earnings. I recall the good old days when airdrop was the main source of income for some persons in the industry. Its been a while since I participated in airdrops, but I believe some airdrops would still be paying off. Its just that with airdrops there's no guarantee after carrying out the task and filling forms. Most persons would prefer a sure way to earning as against airdrops.

I understand what you are going through, I think you are following an airdrop on the ethereum network, so high withdrawal fees are required before you exchange coins. I`m currently switching to airdrops run by several exchanges such as Upbit,Latoken,and Houbi. the development team will send the token to the exchange and we can trade there.

Unbelievable hunters we have with us. Still, some newbies are looking for some airdrops! Since 2018, I haven't trusted any airdrops. I know we always like simple work. Maybe that's the reason to participate in the airdrop. Or maybe my airdrop history is so bad. But do something interesting where you will earn more than airdrop.

Agree. that we can't expect an airdrop. what if they say a big estimate. I could hardly believe it myself. I keep doing airdrops to fill my spare time when there is no work.
Some airdrop pay and can be sold and most do not send payments. it is normal. right now when I have a lot of airdrops, I observe that many get a nominal payment that is also large

Last profitable airdrops I remember were Stellar+Keybase collaboration airdrop and STX airdrop from blockchain.com wallet. But these two were basically 2019 airdrops.

What you write does not make sense. You have written that they have earned a lot through airdrops, but then you write that they "make money from participating in testnet projects, trading on new dex and defi". <-- this is more like a bounty, if they participate and do different tasks, plus they earn from trading. Earning from airdrop is like join/sign somewhere, wait, do nothing and receive payment.
It is same as I will say that I am a crypto trader. While in reality I sell newspaper about cryptocurrency.

way back 2017 doing airdrops is really legit and its giving a good amount of earnings but after the bear market happen starting 2018 I have observed that there are so many projects that giving airdrop but in the end they will not gonna give you your rewards its just for a purposes of making their community bigger as you became part of their community. But I have learn as well that instead of doing airdrop I tried to do some snapshots which I think its a good kind of airdrop because they are really rewarding their participants.
