I'm not giving up completely, I still participate in some airdrops but not many. Did you participate in 20 airdrops without receiving any of them?. Did you do the research before joining?. Airdrop is no longer a place where we can make money but not all of them are scams. You better skip if you don't have time to choose and focus on the bounty campaign, I think it will be better.
If I may ask, what are the free airdrop that you have participated in this year and you were able to make a profit? I'm just curious because I did not see any airdrop this year that is free for those who participate and that gives a decent amount when the free coin/token is received.

There isn’t anything on the space, nothing, except scam, have you given up or do you still cope and looking for airdrop?
I still try to find some since in my group there are many sharing about airdrop and all i do is surf them all and find the only legit i found and join , and besides i only spend small time and not literally most of them.

Yes, you heard me, nothing at all, not even one airdrop, that’s how red pilled the space.
Damn 20? and still joining? the first 10 and nothing comes your way is enough reason to surrender and give up lol.

indeed , there are many things we can spend our time not just by having peanut payments or nothing at all.

spend time wisely and not for nonsense .
Yes, I would surely spend my time better other than airdrops.

But if I see some of the airdrops are worth taking then I'll use my time on it. The matter of it is if the airdrop and its project is a worthy one.

We can have that thinking and analysis based on our research if it's worth it.
Yes, this is what im doing on where i dont really see for airdrops to be that worth as of today but there exemptions if the said airdrop or project is really worth for me to engage on.
As long it wont be asking out any deposits or even KYC then that would already be considered good but if they do then it would be just a turn off for me to join up.
Its not good for it to be a main source of income just like on what others been treating off about airdrops.
Many of them are not worth of our time. You waste your time joining one without any assurance that they'll have a value someday but that's airdrop for us, they really have an unknown future.

And when you've invested your time for a particular airdrop and suddenly they asks for a kyc, well, you know how it feels and you're just have to let it go but there are those people that they still pursue it even if they are aware that their identity might be stolen.

I have gotten zapper and zerion nft airdrops, but I'm holding them. If you undercut the current offer by few %, you should be able to sell even nfts asap.

What do you mean "sell as soon as possible"? Isnt all NFT marketplaces are like auction houses? You can just sell it, you can only place an order and wait when buyer appears. There are no instant NFT buys. Or I am missing and misunderstanding something?

You are understanding right. What I mean was if you undercut current price you will be able to sell faster. For example, If the same type of nft you have is on sell for 0.2 eth and you put it for sell at 0.1 eth, it will be sold faster.

Anyway, to me NFT airdrops are worse than regular airdrops. With airdrops you just have to receive and wait for listing, and be lucky to be first to sell altcoin. With NFT you still wait for distribution, and wait for buyer to appear. Most of the NFT have no use case, meaning it will take long before buyer appears.

So far we have almost 30 pages of discussion about regular airdrops. What about NFT airdrops? NFT has been on a trend for months. It is about time for projects to close sales round, stop raising money and starts distribution.

It there anyone who has received a NFT airdrop? Did you manage to sell it? Regular tokens and coins that were airdropped, at least can be sold to dexes or swapped. With NFT situation is different, you need to create an offer and wait for a buyer. That is why it is even harder to benefit from NFT airdrop.

Anyone has a story of success with NFT airdrop?

Retrospective airdrop is current trend, if you are doing those airdrop tasks for peanut of tokens, they yield nothing and you should stop wasting time on those.

The only legit airdrop source today is coinmarketcap I believe but still you need to be among the lucky ones meaning not all airdrops will pay you, some airdrops on CMC requires random selection, stay away from other platforms cos they are complete time wasters

CoinMarketCap can be considered a time waster also. I've nearly every quiz from Earn section, but received only few tokens. The situation with airdrops there is similar. Total random at reward distribution. And according to participants amount, the amount received would be minimal.

If there are people still hunting for airdrops, I would suggest to try luck with small, unknown projects, from various platforms, or from everywhere. A probability, that such airdrop would worth much, than CMC's airdropped tokens, divided between millions of users, is greater.

For me working on an airdrop from Coinmarketcap is a tedious task and never gives good rewards so I have left the airdrop from Coinmarketcap a long time ago.

You're right, I'm better off looking for an airdrop from an unknown project and this will usually be an unexpected boom, so I'm looking for it myself more than CMC.
Ever got a fairly large airdrop value even though from what I know this project is as usual, but after I received the airdrop token the results could reach $300 for me this was really big and unexpected.

That's right, and apart from relying on coinmarketcap everyone must also rely on their luck in hunting all Airdrops, because free things like that are also very difficult to obtain now although it is still very possible to do so.

In the first place, it is very seldom to me join in any form of airdrops here in cryptocurrency. But when you say at this point time, nope really hard to believe at the moment to join in any of them honestly speaking. Because, I agreed that the majority of the airdrops programs are not giving the rewards in the end after their campaign finish, this is the reality things happened here in this field of industry.

It's still unpredictable.

Even those airdrops are on CMC, you'll never know how much the valuation of it until it's on the market. But at least there's a better chance that your time will be worth it if it's coming from these websites.

Unlike that you choose randomly and hoping for the better, you're mostly wasting time doing it.

I'm afraid that the good old days of good airdrops are almost gone Cry

I still remember when I first knew about an airdrop (Decred), how much was worth when it was distributed, and how the price performed upwards since then. Later, back in 2017, they went very popular and several were quite profitable. But, since then, most of I can see want to get your data or will simply never be distributed or listed.
Because scammers find this as bread and butter , they will pretend to having airdrop but the truth is they are only into your data in which our KYC and Email are worth to sell, meaning instead of the project paying airdropper the project earn from the airdroppers .
and this is spreading more each year , now there are only few and can count in fingers the legit and payable .

Not only the data harvesting is a big problem, but for sure it is the most dangerous thing that can happen when the airdrop turn in is a scam.
Unfortunately, on a much larger scale, the scam is that fake projects use airdrop hunters for free advertising. They just promise a reward, make airdrop, advertising project, attract investors, collect money and disappear.
To avoid such situations, airdrop hunters would have to check the project before starting their task. Unfortunately, hunters are too lazy to do this and therefore complain later. I am sure that if they had taken the time to do research of project, they would have avoided being scammed in many cases.
