Hi yall,
from several of the latest postings I gather that it may help to clear up the relative jobs of Crypto Capital versus Havlocks btcxe. Crypto Capital and Havlocks BTCXE are two different entities.
The reason the folks at Crypto Capital do not respond to some inquiries may be that the request has to do with your btc account, not the account at Crypro Capital (which we users should "know"). I have had accounts both at btcxe and Crypto Capital for a few years and have not had any trouble moving funds either way or communication with Crypto Capital. This is how it works: Crypo Capital is a FIAT BANK. They receive, hold and send your FIAT funds in your regular Crypto Capital bank account. (Works like any other bank account). They can send FIAT fund to your btcxe account if you request a fund transfer to you btcxe account. They do NOT have access to anything but your Crypto Capital FIAT account and the folks working there will answer any question pertaining to that account. They know noting about your btc at BTCXE, which in their routines is just another external source to move or receive FIAT funds from.
DEPOSIT
So, a DEPOSIT of FIAT funds is a two-step process.
STEP ONE: send funds from your regular home bank through an international payment to your Crypto Capital account according to the instructions in your Crypto Capital account pages. Transfer takes about 3-5 days before the funds show up in your account minus a small fee. The funds can be in a variety of FIAT currensies depending on which accounts you previously have selected to open.
STEP TWO: Once funds are in your Crypto Capital account you can make a fund transfer to you BTCXE account where you can trade btc in your FIAT currency. Transfer is pretty much instantaneous. 10 seconds. Do not login until after you have done the transfer or it may not show up until you log oput and log in again into BTCXE.
WITHDRAWAL
is the reverse of deposit.
STEP ONE: When you have sold your btc into the appropriate FIAT at BTCXE, you make a withdrawal from your BTCXE account to your Crypto Capital account of choice (depends on which FIAT you are working with). It is also pretty fast but may take a day or so (the FIAT transfer clearing from BTCXE is officially done once a week, but its mostly quicker). Note here BTCXE is your btc exchange. They do not have access to your Crypto Capital account info!
STEP TWO: When your FIAT fund transfer from BTCXE arrives at Crypto Capital, you can make a withdrawal of your FIAT from your Crypto Capital account to your reglular bank account wherever you have it.
My communication with Crypto Capital has always been met promptly and with courtesy. But naturally they can only deal with questions of FIAT related to your Crypto Capital account, not your BTCXE account. An express withdrawal can be done from your Crypto Capital account to your home bank account and carries an extra charge. Otherwise it is free. I have not noticed any time difference in my case anyway. There is no way to make an express transfer from BTCXE to Crypto Capital. It may take one to several days.
I have not communicated much with the BTCXE office. Technically everything works well at the BTCXE btc exchange. But I do have some Havelock shares also, and am curious about the promised 0.15 btc per share payout and when it is going to happen. The BTCXE does run smootly, so it must be generating some income.
Peace,

Interesting information, and thanks for sharing!
Funnily enough I was just about to ask the following which is ties in with your last remarks:
A little while ago I posted an email responce I got from Crypto Financial, which stated that they we're still fullfilling their obligations towards the shareholders but that their responsibilities towrds those shareholders had changed.
This interesting information but it isn't a very satisfying answer for a shareholder. Can someone chime in what would be a good way to get more insignt into this operation of which some of us are shareholders? I would like to know how business is going in general, and obviously also or there could be dividents? I Would like to know what treir plans for the future are, and how the plans they had a few years ago turned out.
How would this normally go, requesting or otherwise getting information as a shareholder?
