Hi there for all! I use some supplements! Sometimes relaxing is such a different problem, I know Wink . But you know for myself I prefer some calming drugs. ice strain is what I prefer. Just have a look! Good luck

I really don't know the difference between supplement and the tablets that we are taking because both are physically in same design so how we can split their supplements in its nature so that I don't know about the supplement

I think the supplements are important for everyone to to make some changes in our body condition because without the help of the supplements we don't make the changes are came out from some health condition is very difficult that's why if it needed we need to take it for long time.

No doubt we need supplements, but the way of getting supplements is matter. I meant we should get vitamins from vegetables, meat and fruits and don't take medicines. Actually, we should choose nature way to make our body fit and strong then we don't need supplements power.

I think if your body is fit and can hold everyday activity, it is okay not to take supplements. But if due to your busy-ness and if your food can't meet your energy needs, then the supplement is needed.
I only take a supplement when I'm planning to go on a business trip. But it's only a food supplement, just to make sure I got the right intake.

I do not take any supplements in my life because I don't want to use it if my nature is like that I don't think the supplements will make my health to be stronger and more than that it will not needed for people who are living in the previous years so that I don't want it also.

Good question, Heath is definitely our wealth, and we should take care about our health, otherwise we are all depend on others and if we give time to our health then we could safe ourself from these type of disease.
But i never use any supplements and also i don't suggest it, because if we eat fruits daily then we don't need any medicines or supplements. So we should get vitamins by naturally.

Taking of supplements in replacing our lose nutrients is good and that makes us to look good and healthy too. I have been taking "well man" for sometime now this product from vitabaitic is one of the best supplements I have taken and it makes me really feel healthy and good.

No I’m not,but I live healthy living .i only eat organic food and chooses meat that I will intake..I prefer more on seafood specially those with omega 3 oil.

The suplements are not working as well as well balanced diet. So it's much better for your organism to get vitamins etc from real food instead of suplements. But if you are not able to eat healthy the suplements are ok
That’s right mate,we need to have right vitamins than those supplements that we don’t know on what’s made and from where it was created.

So that’s why I prevent myself of using some ,even trying I won’t

Yes, I do take supplements, mostly multi vitamins and lots of Vit. C. I'm a smoker so I do take like 500 to 100 milligrams of vit c. Of course I take as much water as I can and fruits and veggies and before I go to bed I take my usual multi-vitamins.

Supplements are also like a chemical so if you intake lots of supplements it is also not good for your health that's why I am saying don't take lots of supplements unnecessarily otherwise if you really want it then no problem with intake.

Nope never been using Food supplements since I believe more in natural way of healthy living and that is eating fruits and vegetables that coming from my own garden and no artificial help..now I love hydroponic garden and this is more easy to breed .food supplements are good but we really don’t know what inside it,we cannot just rely on the labels because that’s not an assurance

Health is definitely the most important.  It’s no good if you have all the money in the world with as health. 
When you have money then you can think about living healthy lifestyle which actually makes us health so life is combination of wealth and health if it needs to be happier.
