Organic foods are much better than take it those supplements in the form of tablets which may cause side effects at the later period of our lifetime.I am not taking any separate supplements like this just following my my balance diet always and living the healthy life until now.

Yes health is wealth.how you can work if your body is unhealthy.we all know this.and taking supplement like vitamins can help our body strong.theres nothing wrong taking vitamins it gives us our body active and strong.
Reminder: always drink a lot of water to prevent sickness because health is wealth

Im not taking any supplements now because I realuzd the true nutrients is from the foods we eat daily like vegegables and fruits who have rich in nutrients. Because maybe the supplements that you are taking is danger to your health or have bad side effect. Better to eat with foods of high nutrients because it is better than supplements I think.

I don't take supplements,but I'll have to.
I have seboreic dermatitus,acne and low energy.Something is wrong with me and I'll have to visit a doctor.

I take food supplement that can help for my body growth with rich in iron and protein, I take food supplement everytime I working out at fitness gym.

Minerals and vitamins rich food are way better than this synthetic drugs.  I don't remember feeling energetic and healthy after taking supplements. Some  even make me hungry.
I only take supplements when fruit market is far from me.
I take my foods/herbs in this order:
MORNING after sleep and before meals:   citric acid rich food (lime, lemon, Samia seeds [tamarind] etc) with 2 litters of hot water (make sure to drink it very warm).   Helps flush the build up of stuff in my circulatory system and makes my head/thoughts clearer.
Make sure to take the citric acid with lots of water otherwise it will be concentrated in your system &  make you a bit tired or sick.
* Next is tea. Tea helps calm my head.
* After this I take some fruits/vegetables, Avocado pears, red apples, bananas, ginger,  cashew nut, and any protein rich nut/pea.  
* Then I take my morning meals normally around 11am—1pm

Health is very important and should be given the top priority by anyone who is looking for a good, happy and fulfilling life. That is why, aside from good diet, many people are also taking food supplements making sure that their bodies got enough nutrients like vitamins, minerals, enzymes, probiotic, antioxidants and others in our daily fight against aging and diseases.

 I am taking fish oil, garlic oil, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, spirulina and sometimes tumeric capsules. At the moment, there are so many choices for us available and here in my country there are already sellers who accept bitcoin as one of their mode of payments (MOP).
