Wow 93 pages of updates. Is there a concise web page with all the relevant information on it? I've seen the ordering page, but is there more to learn than what is on that site or do I have to comb through all 93 pages?

The best way I've found is to just look at cablepair's posts.  Then you can weed out most of the trolling and chatter.

Yes, he is right in the predicted path (upstate NY, next to Lake Ontario). Stay safe, Tom
I wonder if the hurricane will slow down operations since Tom is based in NY.  Then again, I don't know which part and how bad it will be there.

it was 30$ for multiple basics? I paid 30$ for each. Is there a refund or what?

You must contact Tom and ask him to combine your orders.

FYI, if you have not noticed, there is a theme here.

This is much more of a "Business that is on the Internet" and less of an "Internet Business", it's like a corner computer store that happens to be across the country/planet.

Tom is a great guy, call his phone and he helps.

Linux since 1997 RedHat 4
...

yea i was wondering if the avg would go up over time since it might take time to 'spin up' if that makes sense.
If you are referring to U: - no, not really.

U: is random so it may start up high or down low or anywhere in between.
Over time it starts to converge on the expected value (days ... weeks ...)

There is, however, also an initial effect on the MMQ, since it must be tuned to get the right frequency for each of the 4 quads based on the current environment, and during that process it may be a little below the expected performance due to a higher number of HW: errors.
However, that should only have a minor effect on the U: value once it's been running for about an hour.
Thus random statistics is the major protagonist affecting the value of U: (other than hash rate of course Smiley)

..yeah
Hopefully the answer is yet.  It would ridiculous if it was 60 per device...

As it was $30 for USPS flat rate shipping for multiple bASIC's before, I'd assume it's a flat rate upgrade for your order.

i can confirm as Tom instructed me to place one DHL upgrade for multiple units, ie, $60 will do it.

Anyone run a MMQ on windows xp? I switched to a lower power laptop running do and it does not download the driver from windows update. The only one listed on the wiki is the x64 driver.

So what do I do if I want to upgrade my order to DHL Express. I have an account on the old homepage.
Do I just place a new order with only the DHL Express upgrade in it?
Anyone? Smiley

Yes.  Place a new order while logged in for the DHL Express upgrade.

M
Tom can you confirm this? Should we take a DHL Express upgrade for each bASIC1 or is an upgrade enough for several bASIC1?

Also would still like to know if a $60 DHL upgrade will cover my 3 bASICs to Vancouver?
