What can HitBTC do to improve their image?

Disgusting exchange! Already a few weeks I can not port verification. The exchange says that we need documents confirming my home address ... I have already sent the 3rd type of documents and still can not pass the verification! I have the impression that the exchange specifically pulls time so that I would throw everything and my money in the account. Very similar to fraud!
Can you share your ticket number? We need it to find your case in the system, thanks. 
Does everyone require KYC now? I did not get any KYC requirement alert when I logged in my account.

I have done all KYC requirments and still cant withdraw my coins, and when i send support tickets i just get same email evrytime about do KYC. It has gone soon 2 weeks without i can withdrawl from site.

It's a complete gambling to trade any small coins in hitbtc.
Any day your coin could be delisted and your coins get stuck because of the HUGE withdrawal fees.

Disintegrated coins are available for withdrawal in the users' interface for a certain period of time and can still be withdrawn after that by contacting the support team. Since our commissions are flat and do not depend on the number of funds withdrawn, our financial team adjusts them in accordance with the market situation.
Can you please let us know if there are any coins you refer to in particular?
To my memory, the delisted coin that has the most fee is LUC. Withdrawal price is more than 110000 coins.
At the current price of 5 sat the fee is more than 0.005 BTC

Hello everyone , i like to let you know that Hitbtc locked my account for 1 month i sent all documents ( selfie with hitbtc screen , id , selfie with id , utility bill , again utility bill )
and now guess what , no response from the support from March 10 2019 , i send an email like eveyrday but no response , ticket #403634 . i will keep you updated guys

I have a problem with a coin I purchased a while ago an hitbtc support is not solving (I written them a ticket for first time about this months ago)
They listed CRS (Starta coin) as an IOU token when they where doing the ICO. I purchased CRS in hitbtc, but they never opened the real market for this coin, and after some time they delisted the IOU. Withdrawals have been never being available either.
They last thing they asked me in support was this: "Could you please confirm if you see the workable blockchain explorer of this exact coin?" I told them that Starta Coin is based on Waves, and I gave them (again) my Waves address so they can process a manual withdrawal.
No solution till now, any idea of what can I do? I feel scammed

Guys, if you're having a good time trading at HitBTC, make sure you post that too! We shouldn't let the one-way traffic flow into the thread; both the experiences (positive and negative) should be posted here, not just the negative ones.
Cannot give a recent feedback (stopped trading there almost a year ago), but at that point HitBTC was pretty reliable.
I guess they lack manpower in support area - had some coins stuck for a couple weeks with minimal response from support team.
Also I'd like to point out their API - out of exchanges where I've traded (kraken, bitstamp, binance, deribit, bitmex, huobi, okex) - it's most 'complete' and close to traditional exchanges.

Most traders have absolutely no trouble passing the KYC once they are able to provide us with the requested data and they are always more than welcome to contact us anytime.
Unfortunately, what you are saying is not true.A lot of dissatisfied customers can be found here. They upload the entire history of correspondence with your support. Just a quick search using entire forum engine:
