Unlocked account, it took 2 weeks. I can definitely say the exchange is not scammers

Glad to hear that, mate! I was silently following your posts here and didn't think that you'll actually get it solved, due to all of the (HitBTC) scam accusations around.

Guys, if you're having a good time trading at HitBTC, make sure you post that too! We shouldn't let the one-way traffic flow into the thread; both the experiences (positive and negative) should be posted here, not just the negative ones.

I will write in this topic every day about how things are going. If the exchange is fraudulent as everyone writes it will be seen. The first day passed

Answered the letter, the first two documents approved. ask for a notarized receipt.
Sent them a receipt.
Approved the receipt. Requested evidence of the origin of the funds. Sent them evidence.
Evidence of the origin of the funds was rejected. Ask for screenshots of the entire history of the purchase transaction on the exchanges, all purchase orders, all conclusions and inputs . Require proof of purchase on ico.  I have a history of trading and shopping on ico for 3 years. Today 4 hours was doing the screenshots of all transactions , collected everything possible and sent them again.
Refused with screenshots. Said need format jpg . Spent another 3 hours to make pictures in this format . Send them.

Sent all the information, evidence the origin of funds, all information and documents.

I have a problem with a coin I purchased a while ago an hitbtc support is not solving (I written them a ticket for first time about this months ago)

They listed CRS (Starta coin) as an IOU token when they where doing the ICO. I purchased CRS in hitbtc, but they never opened the real market for this coin, and after some time they delisted the IOU. Withdrawals have been never being available either.

They last thing they asked me in support was this: "Could you please confirm if you see the workable blockchain explorer of this exact coin?" I told them that Starta Coin is based on Waves, and I gave them (again) my Waves address so they can process a manual withdrawal.

No solution till now, any idea of what can I do? I feel scammed

Please provide us with a ticket number, thanks in advance.

How much did scammer Dean Nolan from betking pay to get his now defunct and dead BKB tokens listed on HitBTC?

Does anybody about the listing fee?

HitBTC has been charging a flat 60 BTC (confirmed from a couple of sources) + some sort of maintenance/integration fee since December 2017.

They actually don't look at what they're listing; the only thing they care about is the listing fee.

Wow that's huge money, with the current rate that would be over $240k and yet they are scamming people for hundreds of dollars, it's just right that investors, traders, and developers should stay away from Hitbtc, I rate them as second to Yobit when it comes to scamming traders.

Well, if true then that 60 BTC is very excessive for an exchange that is between the mediocre to average mark.

Scammer Dean Nolan listed BKB scam tokens before December 2017. He is very tight, he would never pay 60 BTC to list a useless pathetic token even if it was his own BKB.

The fact they do not investigate the teams behind the coins/tokens shows them to incompetent in that case because they portray themselves to be purely profit driven rather than applying appropriate customer services.
