i accidentally sent NEM to their DIM address instead of NEM address.
I believe they can credit it to my account
Whatever way it might be you will still be referred to the exchange. Get back to the exchange for more clarification. They might have a lot of tickets for now but they should answer you soon
my tickets have been there for days but no one responded tonmy tickets.

It is now almost 13 hours since my withdrawal. No transaction hash, no response from support ticket. They charged me $140 withdrawal fee for this garbage service???

Why can I not transfer from Balance to Trading account or vice versca? This is a HUGE problem and support has yet to reply back to me and/or fix. As of now, my funds are sitting with you like a bank yet you are an exchange. Please fix ASAP!

They did not process my xem withdrawal from 19 december!!!!!!! First they cancelled my withdrawal, then after I've placed a new one a few days ago they gave me the wrong TXID!! Now they cancelled my withdrawal again! And support dont answer! SCAM!!!!! BEWARE!!

Is there any way to contact the Devs directly regarding issues with the API?  When I place an Order, it comes back with the Order data and a cutomerorderid.  However when i try and get the status of the order (to see if its been filled) it sometimes comes back with order not found.  Surely if its filled or cancelled it should still exist, just in that state.  If its not fulfilled then it should definitely be there.

Any ideas?  You can message me if you want.

Hitbtc scam, i opened a ticket one month ago about my 2-factor authentication, They said please provide us you National ID and  a clear photo of yourself in front of the monitor with this ticket open, I provide them both my National ID and Photo, but they didn't reply to me, After 15 days they replied me back and again asking for my national ID and a photo, again i provide them,  again they stop replying me, after 5 days they said

I'd love to hear a follow up on the dozens of complaints here, as some addressed by hitbtc here today were made over a month ago..
Curious to know whether all the backlogged transactions have finally come through??

Personally, I've never had this problem in the few times I've used HitBTC but the comments here are making me think twice about using it again.

Is everything back to normal?

what a joke!...HitBTC is an absolute DISGRACE and should be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY.

Why?.......

- 0.1% on every trade (which are very slow and might not happen)

- 10% on withdrawals/transfers (which probably won't happen but will simply disappear!!!)

- Make it literally impossible to withdraw your complete balance because units are always rounded up or down......not that you'll get the remaining 90% of the transaction anyway!

- Continuous 'bad gateways' and 'problems with this page'

- ABSOLUTELY NO ADMIN/IT SUPPORT

- If you moan about it on the 'troll board' you are BANNED......and there are lots of people getting BANNED by all their ADMIN people!



I guess I am lucky (in a weird way) that I only deposited about 50$ of crypto to play around with. I am yet to receive my 19 NGC (was 22) in MY ETHER WALLET and they still have approx 20 USDT worth of mixed ICO coins which I can't do anything with...for now!

I think NAGA made a HUGE mistake by being listed on there after the ICO and although I won't let this CRAP exchange
spoil my interest and enthusiasm for crypto/blockchain I think a lot of people and companies have been seriously damaged by this load of SCAMMERS and we need to warn as many as possible to STAY AWAY or SHUT THEM DOWN.

As for any ICO's going on HitBTC (Swissborg/CHF)........DON'T DO IT!!!!

Finally, don't lose too much sleep over your losses people/victims. After all, It's all on Blockchain right?  ; )
