Hello i have problem  to deposit missing KBR, since 21/01/2018
I already have a 3 ticket in support , but never received not one response with 21.01.2018.
I think isn't normal.
This is the first and last time when I use this is  scam exchange

today i was trying to transfer my dgb coins from trade balance to main balance

but all gone , i dont know what happened but i dont see my DGB , and dgb balance show 0

This locking and blocking of coins, accounts, funds etc are reaching epidemic proportions. For as long as deposits keep pouring into their hot wallets, they will continue doing this. The solution is to stop the inbound flow of coins until it trickles down to almost nothing. When they notice that, they will start to listen and maybe even find the time to read your volumes of unresolved tickets.

Why none is working automatically? Why r u making customers to create tickets and wait for long? FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY.

So you knew they have all these customers with open tickets and yet you still made that deposit. Join the club. You now need to add one new ticket to their big pile of mostly unread tickets.... and wait. Why continue sending coins to an exchange with a notoriously poor support system, one with a very blemished reputation here and elsewhere, and a less than stellar credibility?

I wish they took a deposit fee from me, I made a TRX deposit 24 hours ago and they never credited it to my account, contacted support 13 hours ago of course there will never be an answer from these thieves

I am also having issues withdrawing Dimcoin from them.   They are quite unprofessional and do not respond to support tickets.

I am already in discussion with UK financial lawyers and will be talking with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) which is the UK regulator to get them shut down and arrested on financial crime charges.

Below is their legal registration info in the UK.   I urge all UK and EU citizens to also contact the FCA as well.

It is now almost 13 hours since my withdrawal. No transaction hash, no response from support ticket. They charged me $140 withdrawal fee for this garbage service???

They did not process my xem withdrawal from 19 december!!!!!!! First they cancelled my withdrawal, then after I've placed a new one a few days ago they gave me the wrong TXID!! Now they cancelled my withdrawal again! And support dont answer! SCAM!!!!! BEWARE!!
