Hi, Guys!
Need some advice!
Gotta withdraw some coins (right now I have'em in BTC) from the exchange. Which one cryptocurrency is fastest to do it? Doge? Eth? Or maybe the same BTC?

Guys despite facing lots of issues I am a bit relieved nonetheless that their representative continues to stay active here. So maybe you can post here your complains here and details, specifically your support id. Hopefully more people from HitBTC will be tasked to solve issues from clients as they are the backbone of success.
They can apologize about their customers experience but the question is are they really taking care of these complains?

No one seems to reply that they have resolved (I can't do the digging for the whole thread looking for people who are helped with hitbtc's support).

They remove 2-fa from my account, but there is nothing in my wallet, i deposit 0.4 xmr twice,, but there is nothing in my wallet, yesterday i open a ticket about this issue, but they remove it

Is there any way to contact the Devs directly regarding issues with the API?  When I place an Order, it comes back with the Order data and a cutomerorderid.  However when i try and get the status of the order (to see if its been filled) it sometimes comes back with order not found.  Surely if its filled or cancelled it should still exist, just in that state.  If its not fulfilled then it should definitely be there.

Any ideas?  You can message me if you want.

Hitbtc scam, i opened a ticket one month ago about my 2-factor authentication, They said please provide us you National ID and  a clear photo of yourself in front of the monitor with this ticket open, I provide them both my National ID and Photo, but they didn't reply to me, After 15 days they replied me back and again asking for my national ID and a photo, again i provide them,  again they stop replying me, after 5 days they said

Hello,

I have 2FA on my account; the 2nd step of the verification is to confirm a link sent via email.

I do not receive the email link, so cannot finish the last withdrawal step.
I've got 2FA and do not need any confirmation via email, just type a 2FA code during withdrawal process

I have 2FA, the transfer process does not give me any choice:  The last step for me is to receive a link to my email for verification.

It appears every time I try to withdrawal coins.  My last withdrawal was on December 29th-  since then I cannot withdraw anything.

I tried LTC too, cannot move it off the exchange either!

For any coins getting message 'Currency operations not available'
for transfer or withdrawal.

According to health page all wallets are fine. Problem is for any coin. basically i can't withdraw any money at all.

Anyone else facing the same issue?

I made a transfer of starbase to Hitbtc address, to my surprise after the successful transaction shown by etherscan. I didnt see the deposit in my address. When Check again after 3 hours the token had been moved to another account. Though have written the support, If resolved I need an explanation for the transaction. How can you possibly be in crypto since 2013 and not have created code to properly looking into a JSON object correctly to dissect the actual amount of coins involved in the transaction?

I transferred from Cryptopia to you directly. Valid process. Only one address offered by you, and no "advanced" properties from Cryptopia. Just a simple transfer with email confirmation. What the f*&$ else can we do to make it work?

You receive a transaction via blochain. It is simple JSON with an internal JSON object, a dictionary with a dictionary. Your code accepts this, breaks it down, and creates a double-entry into your sub-system that feeds my account and your liability. Seems simple. I know, i have created a budgeting system that tracked $30b.

Yet your "advanced" system deposited +0, yes, +0 KBR into my account.

Seriously, it would seem you need to hire: a) more creative coders, b) more support staff.

I hope, hitbtc lowers the deposit fee or delete hehe.

Why would you care about deposit fee there anyway.

It will be even bigger when you findout your deposit on even arrive.

So dont deposit anything there even it is zero fee.


Another days have passed... 8days now i still havent receive any respond to my ticket and no sign of deposited fund.

I've been using hitbtc exchange since the the start of my trading, at first i think this would be one of the best exchange but i was wrong, now that my deposited coins never appeared in my account, i already email their support regarding this but no response. Am i only the one facing this kind of problem?

I have similar problem and in a HitBtc forum a lot of people have that problem.
